Function Introduction
Power on : Press power button for 3 seconds.
Power off . Press power button for 6 seconds.
Reset : Press power button for 14 seconds.
Local SIM Guide
Local SIM is supported by Mini-Turbo, Only insert Nano-SIM card (small card).
Please turn off the device first if you want to insert/pull out the SIM card.
Use a needle to pull out the SIM cards as shown in the picture below. Please
contact customer service if any issue encountered.

Please try this function when data communication is not stable.

Data management. Enable this function to prevent massive data usage of:

If you can’t access to the App Store, please turn this function off.

If you insert your own SIM card into device, you can connect to the internet.
Please turn off the power when you insert the sim.

You can connect to the internet without Wi-Fi function by connecting to the
windows PC with USB cable. (This function does not support Mac devices

You can confirm the software version. It is impossible to update the software
by yourself.

Please select your language.

Intelligent protection of battery life when turned on.
About:
You can confirm device information and restore factory settings. *Please use
this function if you want to reset SSD and password.

Register a GlocalMe Account(in App)
Press “Login—Register” Follow the step to register on account -
Turn on
Press and hold the power button” Crfor 3 seconds Scan the device QR code (step3) on Mini-Turbo, Restart your Mini-Turbo after activation success. -
Activate Mini-Turbo
GlocolMe App “My device” “Activate Device” Scan the device QR code (step3) on Mini-Turbo. Restart your Mini-Turbo after activation success -
Connect the Wi-FI
Find the Wi-Fi name and password on the screen.
Note
- After successful binding, please restart the device and then it can be normally used.
- Before you run out of the initial data, please recharge your account os soon as possible through selecting appropriate amount in the charging center of the App. We support Alipoy, Poypol, and other means to pay. After recharging, you can purchase any data packages in the package center, to enjoy a lower Internet fees.
- This product has Data Flow Protection” turns on by default to prevent connected devices form consuming large data due to automatic system and application’s updates. While this function is turn on, it might cause you to be restricted of accessing the APP store or unable to download applications. Warning
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rote of which the body absorbs RF
energy. The SAR limit is 1.6 watts per kilogram in countries that set the
limit averaged over 1 gram of tissue and 2.0 watts per kilogram in countries
that set the limit averaged over 10 grams of tissue. During testing, the
device are set to their highest transmission levels in all tested frequency
bonds, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level,
the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the
maximum value.
EU Regulatory conformance
The device complies with RF specifications and when used with on accessory
that contains no metal and that positions the device a minimum of 0.5 cm from
the body. The SAR limit adopted is 2.0W/kg averaged over 10 grams of tissue.
The highest SAR value reported for the device when properly worn on the body
is 1.250 W/Kg complies with the limit. Hereby, HONG KONG UCLOUDLINK NETWORK
TECHNOLOGY LIMITED declares that this device is in compliance with the
essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive (RED)
2014/55/EU.
FCC Regulatory conformance
For body worn operation, the device complies with FCC RF exposure guidelines
and when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the
device a minimum of 1.0 cm from the body. The SAR limit adopted by the FCC is
1.6W/kg averaged over 1 gram of tissue. The highest SAR value reported for the
device when properly worn on the body is 1.383 W/Kg complies with the limit.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference, and
- this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause. Undesired operation. Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
