Download GlocalMe App
• Download and install GlocalMe app on your mobile phone 2.Register a GlocalMe Account (in App) -

• Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds
• Press (QR code] on home page and find the device QR code on the screen -
Activate Numen Air

- Connect the Wi-Fi
• Press (Data usage SSID] on Numen Air and find the Wi-Fi name and password
• Connect your mobile device in Wi-Fi setting

[How To Use A Physical SIM Card]
Insert A SIM Card
- Please turn off your device when inserting/removing SIM card
- Open the SIM card tray with a pin and insert the SIM card as shown in the picture below (Numen Air device only supports Nano-SIM cards.)
- Press [SIM card manager] Turn on (SIM Card Network]
Unlock the SIM Card (If PIN protected)
- If the SIM card is in PIN protected, please input the PIN on screen to unlock the SIM card
Set The APN Manually
- If you still cannot connect to the network after the above steps, you must add the APN manually
- (SIM card manager] [APN ] Enter the APN of your SIM card provider according to the instruction and save the setting
Note
- After successful binding, please restart the device and then it can be normally used.
- Before you run out of the initial data, please recharge your account as soon as possible through selecting appropriate amount in the charging center of the App. We support Alipay, Paypal, and other means to pay. After recharging, you can purchase any data packages in the package center, to enjoy a lower Internet fees.
- This product has “Data Flow Protection” turns on by default to prevent connected devices form consuming large data due to automatic system and application’s updates. While this function is turn on, it might cause you to be restricted of accessing the APP store or unable to download applications. If needed, you can temporarily remove the restriction via “Flow Protection” on Numen Air’s screen.

4.1 Lock screen interface
Slide the touch screen to unlock it before you can manipulate the screen to
prevent wrong operation.
4.2 Home screen interface

- QR code: Scan binding or download GlocalMe App
- SSID and PWD: Show SSID and password. Click SSID or PWD to modify it.

Function interface
- Network setting: Please try this function when user you own SIM or Switch 5G or 4G networks etc.
- Connected device Management: It is possible to block(unblock) the devices which you don’t want to connect with device.
- Network optimization: Please try this function when data communication is not stable.
- Data usage Protection: Data management. Enable this function to prevent massive data usage of:
• Automatic app download and update.
• Automatic sync of cloud apps.
*If you can’t access to the App Store, please turn this function off. - More: There you can find Set the screen brightness, Set the display language, Product IMEI, Software Update etc.
About: Please use this function if you want to reset SSID and password.
Local SIM Guide
Numen Air is defaulted to operate in CloudSIM service, it can also support local SIM cards.
5.1. Insert A SIM Card
Open the SIM card slot with a pin and insert a physical SIM card as shown
in the below picture. Numen Air supports Nano-SIM cards only.
5.2. Switch SIM Card Mode
After inserting the SIM card, the system will prompt the notice ICIoudSIM
is detected and connected to SIM card network] You can set it manually through
the setting interface IHyperConnl — I SIM Card]
Note: 5G is enabled on Numen Air by default, to get a better network
experience.
Compared with the 4G network, the 5G network provides faster network speeds
per unit of time, indicating larger power consumption. Switch 4G networks to
save battery.
USB tethering
You can connect to the internet without Wi-Fi function by connecting to the
windows PC with original USB data cable.
You can set it manually through the setting interface. [More] — [USB Network]
- Depending on the operating system, you may need to install drivers or establish the relevant network connection on your computer before using this function. Refer to your computer’s operating system guide for more information.
- Data transfer may fail with a non-original USB data cable.
Safety,handling and support
Warning Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rate at which the
body absorbs RF energy. The SAR limit is 1.6 watts per kilogram in countries
that set the limit averaged over 1 gram of tissue and 2.0 watts per kilogram
in countries that set the limit averaged over 10 grams of tissue. During
testing, the device are set to their highest transmission levels in all tested
frequency bands, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power
level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below
the maximum value.
EU Regulatory conformance
The device complies with RF specifications and when used with an accessory
that contains no metal and that positions the device a minimum of 0.5 cm from
the body. The SAR limit adopted is 2.0W/kg averaged over 10 grams of tissue.
The highest SAR value reported for the device when properly worn on the body
is 1.250 W/Kg complies with the limit. Hereby, HONG KONG UCLOUDLINK NETWORK
TECHNOLOGY LIMITED declares that this device is in compliance with the
essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive (RED)
2014/53/EU.
FCC Regulatory conformance
For body worn operation, the device complies with FCC RF exposure guidelines and when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the device a minimum of 1.0 cm from the body.
The SAR limit adopted by the FCC is 1.6W/kg averaged over 1 gram of tissue. The highest SAR value reported for the device when properly worn on the body is 1.383 W/Kg complies with the limit.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference, and
- this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause.
Undesired operation. Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Note:
This equipment has been tested and complies with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur during installation. If
the device does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception,
which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is
suggested to try to correct the interference by the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving ontenno.
- Increase the distance between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment to an outlet on different circuit to the receiver.
Information on the disposal and recycling of the device
This symbol (with or without a solid bar) on the device, batteries (if
included), and/or the packaging, indicates that the device and its electrical
accessories (for example, a headset, adapter, or cable) and batteries should
not be disposed of as household garbage. These items should not be disposed of
as unsorted municipal waste and should be taken to a certified collection
point for recycling or proper disposal. For detailed information about device
or battery recycling, contact your local city office, household waste disposal
service, or retail store.
Disposal of the device and batteries (if included) is subject to WEEE.
Directive Recast (Directive 2012/19/EU) and Battery Directive (Directive
2006/66/EC). The purpose of separating WEEE and batteries from other waste is
to minimize the potential environmental impacts and human health risk of any
hazardous substances that may be present.
Do not disassemble or modify, donot short-circuit, do not dispose in fire, do
not expose to high temperature, be disable after soaking. Do not squeeze or
bump the battery. Do not continue to use if serious.
