Product Information

A pulse oximeter is a small, lightweight device used to monitor the oxygen saturation levels in your blood. It works by shining a light through your skin and measuring the amount of oxygen in your blood. The Pulse Oximeter Model # PX03 is designed to be used by individuals for personal use.
Model # PX03

Product Usage

  1. Do not allow other people to use your pulse oximeter. The pulse oximeter is specifically assigned to you and you only. Allowing other people to use your pulse oximeter can mislead your provider.
  2. To take a measurement, squeeze the end of the device labeled PUSH to open the other end. Stick one finger completely into the rubber pad cavity of the Oximeter.
  3. Keep the fingernail surface upward and release the closed end so the device fits snugly on your finger.
  4. Press the power key to power on the Oximeter. If you do not completely insert your finger into the cavity, the measurement may be inaccurate.
  5. The reading will automatically transfer to the RCP SmartHub and will then be sent to your provider.
