Product Overview

Indicator status

ON/ OFF-In the power-on state, press and hold the power bLiton for rrore than 3s to shLi down; in the power-df state, press and hold the power button for more than 3s to turn ctf.

4G Indicator –

The lighl is blue when the networl< type is ‘4G L TE’ ; the light is off when other network types are selected.

Wi f i Indicator –

When there is data transmission, the indicator light blinks blue. and the indicator light is always blue when dialing or changing cards

System Indicator –

The light will flash during the system startup or upgrade. The light will stay on after the startup or upgrade is complete.
Reset- Long press the reset key for more than 6s to restore the fadory settings.

FAQ

  1. How to deal w ith t he pro blem of being unable to access t he Inte rnet?
    a) Check whether the information entered in the connection to the CPE hotspot is inoorrect, such as username, password, etc;
    b). If the above steps cannot solve the problem, restart the CPE and try again;
    c) If the above steps cannot solve the problem, reset the CPE to factory settings and wait for the CPE to restart and try again;
    d). Contact customer serv Ice for technical support.

  2. Howto deal wit h the proble m of forgetting t he CPE WIFI password?
    a). Try to login with default password s7wks68q;
    b). LogintotheCPE management background, clickNetwork->Wireless SGHz /W,reless 2.4GHz inthenav,gation bar to get theW,F, password;
    q If the CPE management interface login password is also forgotten, try to restore the factory settings. Connect to CPE WiFi with default password
    s7wks68q after factory reset.
    3. How to re store factory settings?
    a). Method 1 Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds until all the indicators flash, release the button and wait for the CPE to restart to restore the CPE to the factory settings;
    b). Method 2: login CPE management background, in the guide bar dick on the ·system· ->·restore/upgrade·, select ·execute reser to restore factory settings

  3. How to dea l w ith the problem t hat I ca n not log in to t he CPE management background?
    a). If the device is wired to the CPE, please check whether the connected network cable is connected normally;
    b). Please confirm whether the IP address of the connected device logging in to the CPE management bedground is correct. The IP address is 192.168.169.1;
