DOUBLE E SY-E594-003-07 Remote Control Car
Introduction
- Item No.: E594-003
- Material: plastic and electronic components
- Batteries: Vehicle battery: 3.7V rechargeable battery
- Remote controller battery: 2 pcs of 1.5V AA batteries (not included)
Installing Batteries
- Remove the battery compartment door at the back of the remote control. Install 2 pcs of 1.5V AA batteries in the correct polarity as indicated into the battery compartment. Reinstall the battery door and fix it with the screw (Picture 2A).
- Remove the battery compartment door at the back of the vehicle. Install 1 pc of 3.7V rechargeable battery in the correct polarity as indicated into the battery compartment. Reinstall the battery door and fix it with the screw (Picture 2B).
Notice:
The vehicle battery charging time is about 3 hours. Take good care of the
charging line and avoid using it with other batteries. When the USB charger is
connected to the power output, the indicator light will glow. Connect the
battery to the USB charger and the indicator light will start flashing
indicating that the battery is being charged. Disconnect the battery from the
charger once the indicator light is off (Picture 2C).
Pairing Procedure
- Install the batteries into the vehicle and the remote control. Turn on the remote control and the vehicle. The pairing procedure will start automatically. The remote control indicator light will turn off and the vehicle will emit a double beep indicating that the pairing procedure was successful (Picture 3A).
- The remote control can be paired only with one vehicle at once. Each set has an interference-free system.
- If there is no linking signal for 1 minute the remote control will automatically shut down.
- To re-pair the set restart the remote control and the vehicle.
Operations
- Horn/Mute Button
- The sound feature works after the vehicle are in idling mode. Short press the “ ” button to turn on the horn. Long press the “ ” button to turn off the vehicle sounds.
- Forward/Backward
- Use the driving stick to control forward and backward movement (Picture 3B).
- Left/Right Rotation
- Use the steering stick to control left/right rotation movement (Picture 3C).
- Bucket Load/Unload
- To do the bucket loading/unloading long press the “ ” button (Picture3D).
- Loader Boom Raise/Lower
- To raise/lower down the loader boom long press the “ ” button (Picture3E).
- Fast/Slow Switch
- The slow speed mode works after the vehicle pairing procedure is successful. Press the “ ” button to change to fast mode.
These functions could be multiple used for simulating operations.
Additional Features

Demo button
- Press the “ ” button to automatically demonstrate the function after the vehicle is started.
- Press any key to turn off the demo function.

Auto-off
If there is no linking signal for 1 minute the remote control will automatically shut down. -
Interference-free system
The interference-free system allows multiple sets to be used in one area without interference.
Recharging
Notice:
Always turn off the set and remove the batteries when the vehicle is not in
use and when it is being stored. The vehicle battery charging time is about 3
hours. Do not charge for more than 8 hours.
Important Notice
- Do not drive on roads or areas used by real vehicles. Choose safe operating areas.
- Do not drive in rain, snow, wetness, or sand. Use a dry cloth to clean the vehicle.
- If the speed slows down or the vehicle does not properly turn right or left, please re-charge the battery.
- The batteries should be charged under the direct supervision of an adult. Please use only the recommended batteries.
- Pay attention to the battery polarity.
- Avoid using old and new batteries together.
- Please charge the battery before initial use.
- The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- Regularly inspect the cable, plug, casing, and other parts for damages. Do not use damaged batteries or charging lines.
- Connect the battery only with the regular 5V USB chargers.
