UNPACKING
This product has been thoroughly tested and has been shipped in perfect condition. Carefully check the shipping carton for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If the carton appears to be damaged, carefully inspect your product for damage and be sure all accessories necessary to assemble the product have arrived intact. In the event that damage has been found or parts are missing, please contact our customer support team for further instructions. Please do not return this product to your dealer without first contacting customer support at the number listed below. Please do not discard the shipping carton in the trash. Please recycle whenever possible.

WARRANTY RETURNS

All returned service items, whether under warranty or not, must be freight prepaid and accompanied by a return authorization (R.A.) number. The R.A. number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. A brief description of the problem as well as the R.A. number must also be written down on a piece of paper and included in the shipping container. If the unit is under warranty, you must provide a copy of your proof of purchase invoice. Items returned without an R.A. number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused and returned at customer’s expense. You may obtain an R.A. number by contacting customer support.

To ensure smooth operation, it is important to follow all instructions and guidelines in this manual.
YeeSite LIGHTING is not responsible for injury and/or damages resulting from the misuse of these devices due to the disregard of the information printed in this manual. Only qualified and/or certified personnel should perform installation of these devices and only the original rigging parts included with these devices should be used for installation. Any modifications to these devices and/or the included mounting hardware will void the original manufacturer’s warranty and increase the risk of damage and/or personal injury.

• The device has been exposed to rain and/or moisture.
• The device does not operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance.

MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES

DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE PERFORMING ANY CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE!

CLEANING
Frequent cleaning is recommended to ensure proper function, optimized light output, and an extended life. The frequency of cleaning depends on the environment in which the device operates: damp, smoky, or particularly dirty environments can cause greater accumulation of dirt on the fixture housing and/or light fixture optics. Clean the external surface and the front lens of the device periodically with a soft cloth to avoid dirt/debris accumulation

NEVER use alcohol, solvents, or ammonia based cleaners.

MAINTENANCE
Regular inspections are recommended to ensure proper function and extended life. There are no user serviceable parts inside these devices, please refer all other service issues to YeeSite Lighting. Should you need any spare parts, please order genuine parts from YeeSiteLighting.

Please refer to the following points during routine inspections:

• A detailed review should be performed by an approved electrical engineer every three months, to make sure the circuit contacts are in good condition and prevent overheating.
• Be sure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened at all times. Loose screws may fall out during normal operation, resulting in damage or injury as larger parts could fall.
• Check for any deformations on the unit. Deformations could allow for dust to enter into the device, or cause the device to fall and seriously injure a person(s).
• Electric power supply cables must not show any damage, material fatigue, or sediments.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

FLAMMABLE MATERIAL
WARNING Keep devices at least 5.0 feet (1.5m) away from flammable materials and or pyrotechnics.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
A qualified electrician should be used for all electrical connections and /or installations.

• DO NOT INSTALL THE DEVICE IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO SO!
• OVERHEAD RIGGING REQUIRES EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING CALCULATING WORKING LOAD LIMITS, KNOWLEDGE OF INSTALLATION MATERIAL BEING USED, AND PERIODIC SAFETY INSPECTION OF ALL INSTALLATION MATERIALS. IF YOU LACK THESE QUALIFICATIONS, DO NOT ATTEMPT THE INSTALLATION YOURSELF. IMPROPER INSTALLATION CAN RESULT IN BODILY INJURY.
• BEFORE RIGGING/MOUNTING DEVICES TO ANY METAL TRUSS/STRUCTURE OR CEILING, A PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLER MUST BE CONSULTED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE METAL TRUSS/STRUCTURE OR CEILING IS PROPERLY CERTIFIED TO SAFELY HOLD.
• THE COMBINED WEIGHT OF THE LIGHT FIXTURE, CLAMPS, CABLES, AND ACCESSORIES. BEFORE MOUNTING DEVICES TO ANY SURFACE OR STRUCTURE, MAKE SURE THE SURFACE OR STRUCTURE CAN HOLD A MINIMUM POINT LOAD OF 10 TIMES THE WEIGHT OF THE DEVICES.
• MAKE SURE SCREWS AND/OR ANCHOR BOLTS (NOT INCLUDED) FIT INTO MOUNTING HOLES!
• FOR ADDED PROTECTION, MOUNT DEVICES OUTSIDE WALKING PATHS, SEATING AREAS, OR AREAS WHERE UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL CAN REACH THE DEVICES.
• SECURE FIXTURE WITH A SECONDARY SAFETY ATTACHMENT, SUCH AS AN APPROPRIATE SAFETY CABLE. (NOT INCLUDED)
• NEVER STAND DIRECTLY BELOW THE DEVICES WHEN MOUNTING, REMOVING OR SERVICING.
• DEVICES MUST ALL BE INSTALLED FOLLOWING ALL LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND COUNTRY COMMERICAL ELECTRICAL AND CONSTRUCTION CODES AND REGULATIONS.

CLAMP INSTALLATION
This fixture features a mounting clamp attachment point, which is located on the handle. When mounting the fixture to a truss or any other suspended or overhead installation, be sure to secure an appropriately rated clamp (not included) to the clamp attachment point.

TRIPOD INSTALLATION

Steps to install the light on a tripod:

1. Pull out the three legs of the tripod and extend the support rod.
2. Install the light connector and secure it with screws.
3. Insert the support rod into the light connector interface.
4. Rotate the screw to fix.

RIGGING
Overhead rigging requires extensive experience, including but not limited to: calculating working load limits, understanding the installation material being used, and periodic safety inspection of all installation material and the fixture itself. If you lack these qualifications, do not attempt to perform the installation yourself. Improper installation can result in bodily injury.

SYSTEM MENU

CONTROL PANEL
The device includes an easy to navigate system menu that can be accessed via a set of control but tons located on the back face of the device below the digital display.

SOUND : Push the switch to the “SOUND” position and the light is set to sound control mode. The light changes color as the sound beat changes.
AUTO : Push the switch to the “AUTO” position and the light is set to automatic mode. The lights will change automatically.
OFF : Push the switch to the “OFF” position, the power is still on and the light is turn off.

IR REMOTE OPERATION

• ON/OFF: Switches all lighting displays on/off
• AUTO MIX: All light colors change automatically
• AUTO PAR: Par light changes color automatically
• ATUO LED: Magic ball light changes color automatically
• SOUND MIX: All light colors synchronized music.
• SOUND PAR: Par light color synchronized music
• SOUND PAR: Magic ball light color synchronized music
• PAR JUMP: Par light color changing
• PAR GRADUAL: Par light color fade
• PAR FLASH: Par light color strobe
• PAR COLOR(+/-): Par light color navigation +/-
• LED MOTOR(+/-): Increase/decrease magic ball light rotation speed
• SEN(+/-): Increase/decrease sound control sensitivity

Please note that the device may also be affected by other IR devices operating nearby, and those devices may likewise be affected by this IR remote, regardless of whether those devices were produced by YeeSite Lighting or by another manufacturer.

To minimize the chances of interference, it is highly advisable to test your setup ahead of time to ensure that each IR remote compatible device is located well outside the range of any other IR re- mote compatible devices that have been installed in the vicinity.
