FAQ

Q: How to pair two unpaired earphones?

A: Open the charging compartment, take out the earphone (when the earphone is off), press the
“multi-function” button for 5 seconds to turn on the earphone, and enter the Pairing state. A
English prompt tone “Pairing” will be heard. Double click the MFB button, and when you hear
“ding-dong”, the two earphones are paired successfully.

Q: Why can’t my earphones charge?
A:1)please make sure that the isolation film at the bottom of the earphone has been removed;
2) Wipe the charging contacts with an alcohol cloth;
3)please make sure the charging case is powered (if the charging case is out of power, please
use the correct data cable to charge the charging case first);
4)Please make sure the earphone is put into the charging compartment correctly;
5) If the earphone still cannot be charged, please send the video of the problem to our official
after-sales email box, and we will help you to solve the problem.

Q: How do I connect the earphone to another phone?
A: First: disconnect the Bluetooth device of the first mobile phone.
Second: turn on the Bluetooth function of another mobile phone, search for the Bluetooth device “WINTORY POD2” and click Connect. The English prompt “connected” indicates the connection is successful.

Q: The earbuds turn off without any action?
A: First of all, make sure your headphones are fully charged. instructions
Second: Please check that if you accidentally touch the multi-function button, that cause the
headset to turn off.

Q: How to use a single earphone?
A: if TWS earphones are paired and a single earphone is not connected, make sure the other
earphone is turned off. Press and hold the earphone multi-function key for 5 seconds to enter
the pairing status, then you can pair the phone.

Q: Why can’t my charging case get charged?
A: First of all, please check whether the charging port is blocked. Second, make sure that the correct charging cable is used. Third, make sure you connect to the charging port correctly.

Q: How long is the wireless distance between the left and right earbuds that will not disconnect?
A: The distance in the normal environment is 2M (without any obstacles).

Q: No sound from the headphones?
A: 1. Please check whether the volume is set to zero.
2.Please check whether the mobile phone media audio Settings are on.

Safety Instructions

To extend the life of the earbuds, please be sure to comply with the following instructions

  1. Please do not disassemble, replace or modify the product.

  2. Do not put the product in a humid environment.

  3. Do not touch the earphone in corrosive liquid, or it will cause serious damage.

  4. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphone; If the earphone comes into
    contact with liquid, wipe it quickly.

  5. Do not place the equipment at too high or too low temperature (below 0℃ or above 45℃).

  6. Please prevent the equipment from being hit or dropped, twisted, soaked, etc.

  7. Please do not overcharge the equipment for a long time, as it will cause damage and reduce
    the battery life.

  8. Prolonged use of earphones at high to moderate volume can cause permanent hearing loss.
    To protect your ears, always keep the volume moderate to low.

  9. Discontinue use immediately if you feel any discomfort or pain.

  10. Please use the prescribed DC-5V 1A charger/adapter, repeated charging and discharging of
    the headset will cause the battery performance to degrade over time, This is normal for all
    rechargeable batteries. Discharge over time will lead to battery performance degradation.

  11. The product has a lithium battery built in. Please do not expose the product to strong
    sunlight, bake or throw it into the fire, as they may explode.

  12. Do not use earphones in unsafe conditions, such as driving, crossing the road, or high-risk
    work requiring high concentration.

  13. Do not use earphones in thunderstorm. Earphones cannot work normally in bad weather, which may increase the risk of electric shock.

Tips

  1. Do not discard electronic products as household waste;
  2. Please dispose of discarded electronic products according to local laws and regulations;
  3. Please actively participate in the electronic product recycling program;
  4. Please keep earbuds and boxes out of reach of children;
