Assembly Instructions
WARNING:
- It is strongly suggested that all hardwired fixtures be installed by a professional electrician..
- To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shocks or personal injuries, always turn off the light fixture and let it cool prior to replacing the light bulbs.
- Do not touch the bulb when fixture is turned on; do not look directly at a lit bulb.
- Keep flammable materials away from a lit bulb.
- Shut off all the main electrical supply from the fuse box/circuit breaker
- Use E12 TYPE B CFL 6W, LED 4W bulb types and wattages. Do not exceed recommended wattages

Step 1:
- Remove all parts and hardware from box along with all plastic protective packaging.
- Unscrew the pre-assembled Canopy Nuts ( F ) from Mounting Plate (D).
Step 2:
- Straighten Sockets (X) , then secure Metal Sleeve (Y) into Socket( X).
- Attach Elbow Tube (W ) on Metal Plate (V), then secure Spring Washer (U), Hexnut( K) into the lip of elbow tube with Allen Wrench(M).
- Open the Janitors from Wiring Terminal (Q).
- Insert the white/black wire into the hole of Wiring Terminal (Q) , then close the Janitors(Black wire connect to positive, white wire connect to negative).
- Place Fixture (P) on Lip( R ) and secure Support Rod (O) into Fixture (P) , then across Support Rod (O) into Metal Tube Assembly (N) and secure into Fixture (P).
- Secure Lip (M) into Metal Tube Assembly (N) , place Fixture( K) on Lip (M ) and secure with Threaded Pipe (J).
Step 3:
- Place Joint (G) on Canopy (E), then secure Spring Washer (U) , Haxtun (T) into the lip of Joint (G) in order, and secure with Allen Wrench (S).
- Secure Short Tube (I) , Long Tube (H) , Canopy (E) into Threaded Pipe (J).
Step4:
- Gently pull the wire in the ceiling junction box and let the wire hang
- Attach Mounting Plate ( D) to the junction box.
- Secure the Mounting Plate (D ) by tightening 2 Mounting Screws (C) with a screwdriver.
Step5:
Connect the white wire of the fixture to the white wire of the supply circuit.
Connect the black wire of the fixture to the black wire of the supply circuit.
Connect the Ground fixture wire with the Ground J-Box wire, with the Wire
Connector (A).
Step6:
- Place Canopy (E) onto lip of Mounting Plate (D) and secure with Canopy Nuts( F).
Step7:
- Install bulbs (not included) into the Socket(X).
