KITCHEN MACHINE VT-1432 BD
The kitchen machine is intended for mixing ingredients, making sauces and
desserts (whipped cream, puddings, cocktails, mayonnaise) and for kneading
dough.

SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the kitchen machine, read this instruction manual carefully and
keep it for future reference.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as specified in this manual.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or
damage to his/her property.

Before switching the kitchen machine on, make sure that voltage of the mains corresponds to unit operating voltage.

Before using the kitchen machine, examine the attachments and the power cord closely and make sure that the attachments and the cord are not damaged. Do not use the unit if you find any damage.

Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the power cord insulation.

Do not use the unit near heat sources or open flame.

Use only the attachments supplied.

Do not use the kitchen machine for mixing hard ingredients, such as hard butter or frozen dough.

Before installing the attachments, make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.

Before using the kitchen machine, make sure that the attachment is installed properly and fixed.

Be very careful when installing the motor unit of the kitchen machine to the operating posi-tion, do not put your hands in, do not let for-eign objects get into the connection between the motor unit and the kitchen machine base.

Before connecting the kitchen machine to the mains, make sure that the operation mode switch is set to the position «0» (off).

Do not use the unit outdoors.

Maximal continuous operation time is no more than 7 minutes. Make at least a 30- 35 minute break before switching the kitchen machine on again.

After you finish using the kitchen machine, switch it off by setting the operation mode switch to the position «0», unplug the unit, lift the motor unit and remove the attachment.

Do not immerse the kitchen machine, the power plug or the power cord into water or any other liquids.

If the unit is dropped into water, unplug it immediately, and only then take it out of the water.

Do not touch the motor unit body, the power cord and the power plug with wet hands.

Do not block the ventilation openings on the motor unit body during the unit operation; this may lead to the electric motor overheating.

Never leave the plugged-in kitchen machine unattended.

Always unplug the unit before cleaning, changing attachments or when you are not using it.

Never pull the power cord when disconnect-ing the unit from the mains; take the power plug and carefully remove it from the mains socket.

Clean the kitchen machine regularly.

Do not touch the rotating attachment while using the kitchen machine.

Do not allow hair or clothes edges get into the attachment’s rotating zone.

Do not allow children to touch the motor unit body, the power cord or the power plug during operation of the unit.

Do not leave children unattended to prevent using the unit as a toy.

This unit is not intended for usage by children.

During the operation and breaks between operation cycles, the unit should be placed out of reach of children.

The unit is not intended for usage by physically or mentally disabled persons (including children) or by persons lacking experience or knowledge if they are not under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety or if they are not instructed by this person on the usage of the unit.

For children safety reasons do not leave poly-ethylene bags used as a packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation! -
Periodically check the power cord and the plug isolation for damages.

Do not use the unit if the power cord or plug is damaged, if the unit works improperly or after it was dropped.

Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after it was dropped, unplug the unit and apply to any authorized service center at the contact addresses given in the warranty certificate and on the website www.vitek.ru.

To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.

For environment protection do not discard the unit with usual household waste after its ser-vice life expiration; apply to a specialized cen-ter for further recycling.

Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USAGE ONLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage under cold (winter) conditions, it is
necessary to keep it for at least 3 hours at room temperature before switching
on.
- Unpack the unit and remove any stickers that can prevent unit operation.
- Check the unit for damages; do not use it in case of damages.
- Make sure that the operating voltage of the unit corresponds to the voltage of your mains.
- Wash the attachments (1, 2, 3), the lid (4) and the bowl (5) with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse them and dry.
- Wipe the motor unit (8) and the base (10) with a soft slightly damp cloth and then wipe them dry.
ATTACHMENTS (1, 2, 3)
Dough hook (1)
Use the hook (1) for kneading yeasted dough, mixing minced meat etc.
Mix dry ingredients for the dough at the speed «1-2», when kneading dough,
increase or decrease the attachment’s (1) rotation speed with the operation
mode switch (11).
Mixing attachment (2)
Use attachment (2), for instance, for making potato mash. Recommended speed
operation modes are 1-4.
Beater (3)
Use the beater (3) for beating cream and egg white, making puddings,
cocktails, cream, mayonnaise, sauces and for mixing liquid products.
Recommended speed operation modes are 5-6.
Notes:
- Check if the attachment is installed correctly and make sure that it is fixed properly before the operation.
- Do not block the ventilation openings on the motor unit (8) during the unit operation; this may lead to the electric motor overheating.

USING THE KITCHEN MACHINE

Before installing the attachments make sure that the operation mode switch (11) is set to the position «0» and the plug is not inserted into the mains socket.

Hold the motor unit (8) with your hand and press the button (9), the motor unit (8) will lift and fix in the upper position.

Place the bowl (5) on the installation place (7) and turn it clockwise as far as it will go.

Install one of the attachments (1, 2 or 3) on the shaft (6), slightly press the attachment upwards and turn the attachment counter-clockwise until bumping. Make sure that the attachment is fixed properly.

Put the necessary ingredients into the bowl (5).

Press and hold down the button (9), pressing on the upper part of the motor unit (8) set it to the operating position and release the button (9). Make sure the motor unit (8) is fixed properly in the operating position.

Put the lid (4) on the bowl (5).
Note: there is an opening in the lid (4) for adding the ingredients during the kitchen machine operation. -
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

Switch the kitchen machine on by turning the operation mode switch (11), set the required attachment rotation speed (see the chapter “ATTACHMENTS”).
Note: maximal continuous operation time of the kitchen machine is no more than 7 min-utes. Make at least a 30-35 minute break before switching the unit on again. -
After you finish the unit operation, set the operation mode switch (11) to the position «0» and unplug the unit.

Remove the lid (4) from the bowl (5).

Hold the motor unit (8) with your hand and press the button (9), the motor unit (8) will lift and fix in the upper position.

Remove the installed attachment turning it clockwise.
-
Remove the bowl (5) by turning it counter-clockwise.
-
Take the ingredients out of the bowl (5).
-
Rinse the attachment and the bowl (5) with warm water using neutral detergent.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Switch the unit off and unplug it.
- Wash the attachments (1, 2 or 3) and the bowl (5) with warm water and a neutral detergent, then dry them.
- Clean the motor unit (8) and the base (10) with a soft, slightly damp cloth, and then wipethem dry.
- Do not immerse the kitchen machine, the power cord and the power plug into water orany other liquids.
- Provide that no water or detergent gets inside the motor unit (8) or into the connection between the motor unit (8) and the base (10).
- Use neutral detergents and cleaning agents toremove dirt; do not use metal brushes, abrasive detergents and solvents.
STORAGE
- Clean the unit.
- Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool place.
RECIPES
Oatmeal cookie dough Attachment (1)| 2 cups of flour| 1. Sift out flour through the sift strainer, add to it soda, salt and cinnamon.
2. Mix together the margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in the bowl at high attachment rotation speed for 2 minutes.
3. Add milk and half of the flour, continue mixing at high speed for 1 minute.
4. Add the remaining flour and mix for 1 minute.
5. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts and mix at the maximal attachment (1) rotation speed for 1 minute.

1-1/2 tea spoon of ground cinnamon
2 cups of instant oats
1 cup of melted margarine
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cups of brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup of chocolate chips
3/4 cups of chopped nuts
Mashed potatoes Attachment (2)| 1 kg of peeled potatoes| 1. Cook the
potatoes in salted water until ready.
2. Put boiled potatoes into the bowl, install the attachment (2) and let it operate at medium speed for approximately 1 minute.
3. Add hot milk to mashed potatoes and continue operating for 1 minute.
1/2 cup of hot milk
Butter to taste
1 tea spoon of kosher salt
Whipped egg whites Beater (3)| 2 eggs| 1. Divide whites of the eggs from
yolks and put the whites into the bowl.
2. Use the beater (3), whisk the egg whites to the homogeneous mass, operate at the maximal
beater rotation speed.
