Operating Instructions
Key definition
HOME, long press for three seconds to display the model/version
number/Bluetooth address, and then long press for three seconds to display
shutdown/factory reset/cancel.
Normal shutdown, press and hold for three seconds to boot.
Return to the previous menu function.
Instruction for Use

Connect and charge the watch according to the picture.
It needs to be charged to activate the watch when it is started for the first
time.
Tip: Wearing too loosely may affect the accuracy of heart rate data.
Bind Watch
Download and install App
You can set up the watch through the Da Fit app for iOS or Android devices.
The steps are shown as follows:
Notes: The hardware platform of the equipment system shall meet
requirements.
Notes:
During binding process, “Da Fit” will prompt you to enable GPS and Bluetooth, and authorize “Da Fit” to get access to the GPS onyour mobile phone.
After binding the Apple phone, you need to pair the Uwatch 3S watch with the phone’s Bluetooth so that the watch can provide various information.

Waterproof: Not suitable for diving, swimming in the sea, or sauna.

Cleaning and Maintenance
It is recommended to wear and maintain according to the following three points:
- Keep the product clean;
- Keep the product dry;
- Do not wear it too tight.
- Do not use household cleaners to clean the watch, but use the soap free detergent.
- It is recommended to use alcohol to scrub stains that are not easy to remove.
Frequently Asked
Mobile APP search for the watch failed
- It is recommended to restart Bluetooth after restarting the phone, and then connect.
- Confirm whether the mobile phone system meets Android 4.4 or IOS 8.0 or above.
The watch received no alerts, text messages
- You need to turn on the smart reminder function and the call reminder switch in the APP, and synchronize to the watch.
- The phone needs to be paired with the watch via Bluetooth.
- You need to keep your watch connected to Bluetooth.
Bluetooth is often disconnected
- If the distance between the watch and mobile phone is too far, the connection effect of more than 10m Bluetooth is obviously weakened.
- If there is a shield between the watch and the cellphone phone, the human body, wear metal jewelry, etc. interfere with the Bluetooth connection signal.
- If the Bluetooth function of the cell phone is abnormal.
- How to reboot: reboot mode: long press the HOME button for 3 seconds twice, requires shutdown / reboot / cancel, select reboot.
I need to keep bluetooth on when wearing my watch?
- For the three functions, namely counting steps, sleeping and alarm clock, it is not necessary to always connect the watch to the mobile phone. If you only need to wear a watch while exercising, you can connect the watch and phone mobile phone to view data synchronously after exercise.
- For Call Waiting, Message Waiting, find the phone, you need to activate the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and maintain the connection with the mobile phone.
How to set the clock time
After opening the APP, opening the Bluetooth and connecting clock, the time
will be synchronized automatically.

Cycling Warming
Please maintain good judgment at all times and ride in a safe manner. Make
sure your bike and hardware are properly maintained, The watch has no
waterproof effect on seawater, acidic and alkaline solutions, chemical
reagents and other corrosive liquid. The damage or defects caused by misuse or
improper use are not covered by the warranty.
Avoid wearing the watch too tight in daily use.
Please keep the parts of the watch touching the skin dry When your heart rate
is measured, keep your arm still during the test.
