Operation Method

  1. You can download Racefitpro from APP STORE/Google/ major application markets/App treasure.
  2. Note: Racefitpro APP is only compatible with smartphones, not tablets and personal computers.
APP pairing
  1. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth
  2. Open the Racefitpro w application to enter the data page.
  3. Click *bind” to pair. After w pairing, the watch will synchronize the phone time and language.
  4. ECG test method: wear the watch 0 tightly with your left hand, and touch the electrode pads on the side of the watch with your right index finger, as shown in the figure (note: do not touch the buttons to avoid data deviation).

APP pairing

  1. Turn on: long press key 35, show the main interface “ “

  3. sports mode:
    • 10 sports modes: outdoor running, outdoor walking, indoor running, indoor walking, hiking, stepper, outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, elliptical machine, rowing machine

FAQ

  1. Search for Bluetooth prerequisites
    (1 ) The watch is near the phone and has been turned on and is not connected by other phones.
    ( 2 ) Hardware switch: Bluetooth and GPS (above Android 6.0) switch.
    ( 3 ) Software switch: switch to allow location authority (new login APP will judge whether the location authority has been turned on, and it will prompt authorization if it is not turned on).

  2. Cannot connect to the watch normally There are two situations:

  1. Bluetooth can be searched and the signal value is not 0: Exit the APP and open the search connection again;
  2. Bluetooth can be searched and the signal value is 0: This situation is more common in OPPO and VIVO brand phones. The specific performance is that it can be searched, but the connection is unsuccessful;
    Solution: Enter the APP-Mine-Function Settings-in Search interface press and hold the title bar ‘Search Device” (long press).
    After a long press, the ‘Pair Device’ page will open, find the corresponding device, find the corresponding device Click the ‘Unbind” button on the right, after unbinding, return to the search interface and search again to connect normally.
    If there are multiple failures to connect, please restart the watch or reset the watch to factory settings.
  1. Message notification reminder
    (1): Click to enter the message reminder: call, SMS, WeChat, QQ, Facebook, Twitter and other message reminder switch mode. After connecting the Bluetooth of the bracelet to the APR open the tool that you need to remind you, and turn on the permission of the notification center of the mobile phone. When the APP is connected to the bracelet, the vibration reminder can be realized.
    (2) The mobile phone has no message notification reminder
    The principle of mobile phone and APP message reminder: The mobile phone has a notification bar function. When the APP receives a message, there will be a reminder in the notification bar. At this time, the APP will receive and capture the content of the notification bar and push it to the bracelet to display the message reminder; make sure the APP is in The background of the mobile phone is running normally. To prevent it from being cleared by the mobile phone system, please add the APP to the system whitelist.
    No message reminder :
  1. Please make sure that the notification function has opened the APP message reminder interface, manually open the notification, find RaceFitPro and turn on the switch.
  2. Make sure that the APP switch that needs to be reminded is turned on, if the switch is turned on, please turn it on again and try again.
  3. No SMS reminder: SMS reminder requires authorization to read the SMS. When the SMS switch is turned on, it will prompt for authorization if it is not authorized, please click Authorize.
  4. No call reminder on the phone: It needs the authority to read the incoming call status of the mobile phone and the permission to read the address book. When the incoming call switch is turned on, it will prompt for authorization if it is not authorized.
  1. Watch language and time display problems
    The watch supports multi-language display, the watch will automatically synchronize language information and phone time according to the phone system language, for example, the phone language is Chinese, the connection APP automatically synchronizes to Chinese, so do the other languages, if the watch is not synchronized with the phone language, untie the watch and reconnect.
