  4. Please set the display mode to Extend in Windows.
  5. Connect the monitor to other devices to check if the monitor can work well with other devices.
  6. Please contact us for help info@movehills.com.

The monitor keeps flashing/rebooting.

  1. Flashing or continuously restarting is usually caused by not enough power supply. If the monitor and your host are connected by a single USB-C cable, some laptops and phones cannot provide enough power supply for this monitor. Please plug in the wall charger to Type-C port of the monitor for enough power supply.
  2. Please contact us for help info@movehills.com.

My Android Phone is equipped with a Type-C port. But it does not work with this monitor.

  1. Phones may not be able to provide enough power supply for the monitor, please plug in the wall charger to the Type-C port, then connect the phone to another Type-C port by USB-C cable.
  2. The Type-C port of some phones does not support display and only supports charging. For example, the Type-C port of Google phones like Pixel does not support video output.

Why there is no signal by plugging in the USB-C hub?

  1. The regular USB C hub, the type C port does not support the video signal transfer, only supports data transfer for USB.
  2. If you like to use the hub to extend multiple ports for your laptop/PC, please use the Thunderbolt hub, and note that there is the thunderbolt logo beside the type C port.

Can the type C cable reverse charge to the phone/laptop/PC? How to make the cable connection?
Yes, the DualViews monitor can charge to the host why the laptop or PC, so you can just connect to our PD 65W adaptor to the monitor, it will reverse charge to the host device.

Why does the brightness or volume setting reset each time I reboot the monitor?
To avoid not enough power supply for different PCs/Laptops/Phones without the external power supply, the 15 PRO uses the default value of brightness and volume. If you need to remember your previous setting value. You need to connect the external power adaptor (it is better to use our PD65W adaptor).
