SMART WATCHES M32 Smartwatch
Thank you for choosing our smartwatch. You can read this manual to fully understand the use of the device. This device is mainly connected to the mobile phone through Bluetooth for adaptation, providing a variety of practical functions and services to facilitate your operation of the mobile phone, and has developed many Human movements and healthy functions. Instructions
Touch: Swipe left for quick function browsing; swipe right to enter the list style; swipe down to enter the control center interface; swipe up to enter the message interface
Keys
Test key function, switch key: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn no/ off,
short press to turn no/off the screen, and short press to return to the
standby interface on the second or third-level interface) Long press for more
than 10 seconds is a forced shutdown:
Dial switch: After long-pressing for 2 on the standby interface, touch to switch the dial strap replacements The buckle on the back of the watch is pushed back, and the strap can be easily removed and replaced.
Charging Instructions
When charging, the watch is reversed, and the charging magnetic attraction is
aligned with the contact point. It supports computer USB or mobile phone 5V
standard charger, and it is fully charged in 2 hours:
Please note that the two contacts of the charging cable cannot touch
conductive objects at the same time, which will cause a short circuit and
burn.
The connection between watch and mobile phone:
First, the mobile phone needs to download the APP “QWatch Pro” to the mobile phone and install it. There are two ways.

IOS/Android mobile phone users:
Scan the QR code below through the mobile browser, or scan it with WeChat, after opening the interface, select Android/ios in the interface, and open the download using the mobile browser.

Search “QWatch Pro” in Google Play on Android phones, and download “QWatch Pro” in App Store on Apple phones.
After the download is complete, there will be various permission reminders during the installation process. Click to agree to all of them. Only when the watch and the mobile phone are connected to Bluetooth 4.0 can all functions be realized.
Bluetooth connection method 5.1 connection:
After the installation is complete, open “QWatch Pro” and turn on the mobile
phone Bluetooth, QWatch Pro will have a notification prompt, click OK.
Connection method: Click Add Device on the device interface of the APP, search
for the Bluetooth address of the watch and click connect; some Android phones
need to turn on the GPS of the mobile phone to search for the Bluetooth name
of the watch.
Bluetooth 3.0 connection method: open the mobile phone settings and click on
the mobile phone Bluetooth Name: m32bt Click to confirm the connection, the
watch can play music, Bluetooth connect and hang up the phone, view the phone
book and other functions.
How to identify a successful Bluetooth connection: When the watch pulls down
the control center, and the Bluetooth icon is displayed in the upper left
corner, it means that the Bluetooth connection is successful. When the
Bluetooth icon is not displayed in the upper left corner, it means that the
luetooth is not connected.
Simple solutions to common problems: Since the Bluetooth protocols of various
mobile phone brands are not unified, sometimes the connection between the
mobile phone and the watch is unstable. You can turn off the Bluetooth of the
mobile phone and reconnect it again, or restore the watch to the factory
settings.
How to set up message notifications:
Go to Settings Application Management on your phone, find “QWatch Pro”
Permission Management, and open them all. Then enter the notification
management find “QWatch Pro” and open all permissions.
Open “QWatch Pro” – device interface message notification – enable
notification access, enter the APP that selects the synchronization
information notification, such as QQ WeChat, and select open.
Note: If the computer version of WeChat is online at the same time, the mobile phone will not be able to receive a message notification. Some mobile phones also need to add “QWatch Pro” to the power saving whitelist to avoid being turned off by the mobile phone when the battery is low.
What should I do if I can’t receive a notification?
First of all, the notification function of the watch is only to synchronize
the notification function of the status bar of the mobile phone; such as
incoming call information, QQ WeChat incoming message reminder, if your mobile
phone fails to receive the notification, the watch will not receive the
notification. you need to set the notification function on the phone, find the
corresponding APP, and enable the notification button to open.
Main function introduction
Heart rate monitorings
Wear the wrist to maintain the correct measurement posture, enter the heart rate monitoring interface, the watch will automatically start the measurement, and the data will be displayed after 20 seconds; (the continuous heart rate measurement setting can be enabled on the APP side, and the heart rate will be automatically monitored every day during the set time period)
Heart rate monitoring
Wear the wrist to maintain the correct measurement posture, enter the blood
oxygen monitoring interface, the watch will automatically start the
measurement, and the value will be measured after 30 seconds:
**Exercise:
** The watch can choose multiple sports modes for exercise: such as walking, running, cycling, hiking, spinning, skipping rope, rowing machine, elliptical machine, yoga, basketball, volleyball badminton, acrobics, canoeing, roller skating, tennis, football golf, table tennis, dance, rock climbing, other sports modes, after the exercise is completed, you can enter the connected APP to view the exercise record
Sports record: The data after the exercise is completed will be saved in the exercise record by itself, and only the most recent 10 exercise records will be displayed. (Exercise duration is less than 1 minute, data will not be saved)
**Sleep Information:
** Every night from 10:00 to 8:00 the next morning. your sleep duration and sleep quality will be recorded to help you better adjust your work and rest time and improve sleep quality
Breathing training:
Breathing training is a quick way to relax yourself, relieve stress, and replenish your body with oxygen quickly. A total of 3 speed options are provided: soothing, slightly faster, slightly slower; breathing time can be selected: 1-5 minutes.
Step count information:
You can view the number of steps taken, calorie consumption and distance walked for the day. At 12:00 every night, the data of the day will be saved and reset to 0;
Alarm clock:
It can be set on the watch/APP. After the setting is successful, the watch will respond to the reminder when the set time is reached.
**Camera control:
** When the watch is connected to the APP, open the APP, tap the watch to take a photo, and the APP will enter the camera interface, tap the watch to take a photo or shake it to take a photo, and the photo will be stored in the mobile phone album
**Find phone:
** Click on the APP to find the device, and the watch will vibrate to remind; click on the watch to find the mobile phone, and the mobile phone connected to the APP will vibrate/ringtone:
**Information:
** You can query real-time news such as QQ/WeChat. This function needs to be used after connecting to the “QWatch Pro”-APP on the mobile phone.
**Music control:
** When the watch is connected to the APP, open the mobile phone musie player, and the watch can control and play the music on the mobile phone;
**Timer:
** You can select the needful time for timing.
**Weather:
** After connecting to Bluetooth, the watch can display the weather of the day;
Note: You need to go to the phone system settings to turn on the “Location” permission to synchronize the weather display
**Stopwatch:
** Turn on this function to time and record a single time.
Calculation: Consistent with the use of ordinary calculators on mobile phones
Setting
Screen off times: On the APP device interface, click More to find the watch screen time. Customers can adjust the watch screen off time according to their needs.
Raise your wrist to brighten the screens: It can be turned off/on on the watch; normally lift the wrist while wearing the hand, when the wrist lift is turned on, the watch screen will automatically light up; when the wrist lift is turned off, the watch screen will not automatically light up; you need to press the switch button to turn on the screen
You can adjust the brightness of the watch screen according to your needs.
**Do Not Disturb Mode:
** After it is turned on, the watch will not receive any notification reminders (except the alarm clock) within the do not disturb time range, and the vibration will be turned off automatically.
**Vibration Mode:
** Customers can adjust the vibration intensity according to their needs
Night brightness mode: After it is turned on, within the nighttime brightness range, the watch brightness will automatically drop to 1st gear
Component editing: In the shortcut function interface, long press the screen on any interface, or select the component editing function in the settings to enter the editing interface, and click the icons “+” and “-” to delete or add components.
Time format: 12 or 24-hour clock can be set
Date format: Date display mode can be set.
**Reset:
** Click to restore factory settings, all data on the watch will be cleared to zero, please click prudently!

**Shutdown:
** Click Ok on the shutdown function interface to shut down the watch; shutting down the watch will not clear the watch data
**Connect your phone:
** Use a third-party tool to scan the code to download the APP; click Add Device on the device interface of the APP, search for the Bluetooth address of the watch, and click Connect.
