3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Congratulations on your purchase of a BISSELL® product!
BISSELL Homecare, Inc. (“BISSELL”) is pleased to provide this limited warranty. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner (“you”) of the product only and is not transferrable. Proof of original purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. By purchasing and using the product, you agree to the terms of this warranty as set forth herein.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
For 3 years from the date of purchase, if your product has a defect in materials or workmanship that existed when the product was purchased, BISSELL will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product or defective part free of charge. Warranty coverage is subject to BISSELL receiving your defective product and is further subject to the conditions and exclusions below. Warranty repair or replacement may be with new, refurbished, lightly used, or remanufactured components or products, at BISSELL’s option. In the event of warranty repair or replacement, the repaired or replaced product will be warranted for the remaining term of the original product’s warranty period. This limited warranty is valid only in the United States and its territories and is effective from the date of original consumer purchase.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover:
- commercial, non-residential, multiple-family use, or use inconsistent with published User Guide or manual;
- fans or components that require routine maintenance such as filters, bags, belts, or brushes;
- normal wear and tear, including but not limited to the battery lifetime shortening due to age or use;
- damage, defects or malfunction caused by unauthorized repair;
- damage caused by improper use, negligence, abuse, neglect, or any other use not in accordance with the User Guide;
- damage from mishandling in transit, accident, fire, floods, acts of God; or
- consequential or incidental damages.
Except as provided above, this warranty will not be voided by unauthorized, independent, or third-party repair or by the mere use of non BISSELL consumables or replacement parts. HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
Contact BISSELL Consumer Care to locate a BISSELL Authorized Service center in your area. If you need information about repairs or replacement parts, or if you have questions about your warranty, contact BISSELL Consumer Care.
BISSELL will cover the shipping cost for you to send in the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH MAY ARISE BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE 3 YEAR DURATION FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you and BISSELL regarding warranty coverage for your product, and no representation or promise not included herein concerning the warranty is binding.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES; EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIONAL
DAMANGES
BISSELL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. BISSELL’S LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this above limitation may not apply to you.
