• Before using this device read the instruction manual and follow the instructions inside. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages caused by the misuse of this device due to inappropriate handling. Please keep this manual for future reference.

• This device is for domestic use only. Do not use it for any other purposes.

• The device should only be connected to an earthed socket with values corresponding to the values on the rating label.

• It is necessary to check if the total current consumption of all devices plugged into the wall outlet does not exceed the fuse in the circuit.

• If you are using an extension cord, make sure that the total power consumption of the equipment plugged into the extension cord does not exceed the extension cord power rating. Extension cords should be arranged in such a way as to avoid tripping hazards. Make sure the cable is grounded, 3-cores with a socket and an earth cable.

• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the counter, or touch any hot surface.

• The device is not designed to be controlled via an external timer, separate remote control, or other equipment that can turn the device on automatically.

• Before maintenance work always disconnect the unit from the power supply.

• When unplugging the power cord from the electrical outlet, hold it by the plug only and remove the plug carefully. Never pull the cable as it may cause damage to the plug or power cord.

• Damage to the power cord or plug can lead to an electrocution hazard.

• Never leave the product connected to the power source without supervision.

• Never put the power cable, the plug or the whole device into the water or any other liquids.

• The device should be cleaned regularly complying with the recommendations described in the section on cleaning and maintenance.

• Do not place the device near sources of heat, flame, an electric heating element or a hot oven. Do not place it on any other device.

• This equipment can be used by children aged 8 years and over as long as supervision is provided. People with reduced physical or mental capabilities, as well as people with no previous experience of using this equipment, must be supervised and made aware of the risks. The instruction manual should be used as a reference for the safe use of this equipment. Children should not play with the equipment.

• Children without ensured supervision should not be allowed to perform the cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

• Additional precautions should be taken when using this device in the presence of children or pets. Do not allow children to play with the device.

• Never use the product close to combustibles.

• Never expose the product to atmospheric conditions such as direct sunlight or rain, etc… Never use the product in humid conditions (like a bathroom or camping house).

• The power cable should be periodically checked for damage.

• If the power cable is damaged the product should be taken to a professional service location to be fixed or replaced to prevent any hazards from arising.

• Never use the product with a damaged power cable or if it was dropped or damaged in any other way or if it does not work properly. Do not try to repair the defective product by yourself as it can lead to electric shock. Always return the damaged device to a professional service in order to repair it.

• All the repairs should only be performed by authorized service professionals. Any attempted unauthorized repairs performed can be a hazard to the user.

• Only Original accessories should be used, as well as accessories recommended by the manufacturer. Using accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer may result in damage of the device and may render the device unsafe for use.

• Do not add drugs or chemicals to the water tank, base, or vapor outlet. Do not add aromatic oils, salt, decalcifying tablets, powders or cleaning agents to the water. Use only clean water.

• Make sure that the water mist outlet is not aimed directly at the walls, furniture, electrical outlets, and electrical and electronic equipment.

• Do not block the device ventilation. Keep at least 20 cm of free space around the device. Do not block the water mist outlet.

• Do no use the device if there is a risk of developing condensation. Moisture may occur on the external or internal device parts if:
  – the device is moved from a cold to a warm place,
  – the heating system has just been turned on,
  – the device is being used in a high moisture area,
  –  the device is cooled by the air conditioning cooling system.

• Do not tilt or overturn the device and do not attempt to add or drain water when the device is operating.

• Do not remove the water tank from the device base during the device operation.

• Do not touch the device with wet hands.

• Do not leave water in the humidifier if it is not in use.

• Too much humidity in the room can lead to moisture accumulation causing the growth of bacteria and fungi and damage to walls, furniture, and wallpaper.

• The working environment for a humidifier is when the temperature is between S to 40 degrees Celsius, and relative humidity is lower than 80%RH.

• The device should be disconnected from the mains when filling up the tank, placing the water tank in the device, and cleaning the humidifier.

• Exercise particular caution when the appliance operates. The water in the appliance body and the appliance itself can be very hot. Keep out of reach of children!

• During operation, steam escapes from the appliance and there is a risk of burns.

PREPARING THE APPLIANCE FOR OPERATION
Before starting the appliance, it is recommended to familiarise yourself with its components. Ensure that the sponge disc is placed on the heater. Make sure that the acoustic overlay is positioned and closed (by turning the element). Check whether the steam tunnel is fitted. Remove all foils, cartons, and protective tapes from the appliance.
FILLING THE WATER TANK
There are two methods of filling the tank.

1. After removing the tank lid (1), pour water into the tank using a bottle or other vessel.
2. After removing the lid (1), you can take out the tank (2). Lift the tank with the handle. Fill the tank under the tap. Put the tank in the appliance body noting the position of the internal components.

USING THE APPLIANCE

Press the power switch (9a) to turn on the appliance. After pressing the power switch, the humidifier will start to warm up. The water will start to evaporate under the influence of temperature. The evaporation intensity depends on the selected level of humidification intensity. Pressing the button again will make the appliance return to standby mode.
The display shows the humidity level and the ambient temperature. Due to the heating of the body, while not maintaining sufficient airflow, the temperature indications may differ from the actual ones. In addition, the display indicates the humidification intensity (one, two, or three bars) and whether the ionization function is active. The humidification intensity can be adjusted using 3 intensity levels. Set the intensity by pressing the humidification intensity selection button (9b). At higher humidification intensity, the heater uses more power, a larger part of the water volume boils (the lower the efficiency, the quieter the appliance works).

Press the humidistat setting button (9e) to enable the Humidistat mode. Each press will change the target ambient humidity value by 5%. The air humidifier will turn on and off to maintain humidity within the selected humidity level.
Press the auto button (9d) to enable the auto mode. The humidifier will try to maintain the air humidity in the range of 50%-60% by choosing the appropriate humidification intensity. To turn off the air humidifier lighting and enable the night mode, press and hold the night mode button (9d). Pressing any button will restore the display. In order to set the appliance turn-off timer, press the timer button (9c) to start the timer; each press sets the time to the appliance turn-off from 1 to 10 hours. A long press of the button (3 seconds) activates or deactivates the ionization function.

THE AROMATHERAPY FUNCTION
To use the aromatherapy function, follow these instructions.

1. Take out the aromatherapy attachment (6).
2. Apply a few drops of water-soluble aroma oil (for use in humidifiers) to the sponge.
3. Put the aromatherapy attachment in the right place. The aroma will begin to release when the humidifier is switched on.
4. When you want to stop the aromatherapy, or the appliance will be unused for some time, remove the sponge from the aromatherapy attachment and clean it.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Turn off the appliance and disconnect the power supply. Leave it to cool down. Remove the water tank and empty it. Then wash it and remove all dirt and deposits from it. The sponge disc is designed to focus water deposits on itself. Rinse the sponge disc and descale if necessary. The heater and the internal water tank should be regularly descaled. For descaling, it is recommended to use water with the addition of citric acid or vinegar. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
Cleaning reminder function (72h)
The device has a work time counter. When 72 hours of use are exceeded, the reminder function will be activated. 72H will flash on the display. To turn off the reminder, hold the power button for 3 seconds. The air humidifier must be cleaned. When the reminder function starts, the device will continue to operate without changing any parameters. All buttons work as usual. To avoid being disturbed by the reminder functions: – the display is blank in the night mode. A reminder will appear after turning off the night mode – after the humidifier has been cleaned, the timer can be reset by pressing the on/off button for 3 seconds.
Cleaning function:
The complete cycle of the cleaning function takes 3 hours. The heating function and air flow function will activate alternately every half hour. The resulting temperature difference helps to remove deposits that will adhere weakly to the surface. To activate the cleaning function, hold the cleaning button (9f) for 4 seconds. The display will show the cleaning symbol. The appliance will enter sleep mode when the operation is complete. To finish the cleaning sooner, hold the cleaning button for 4 seconds.
