Getting Started

Charging

  1. Fully charge earbud case before initial use. To charge, connect the case to a USB charger or a charging port with the included USB-A to C cable
  2. The LED indicator will turn red whilst the case is charging. The case is fully charged when the indicator turns green
  3. Charging takes around 2 hours. After being fully charged, it can recharge the earbuds up to 4 times
  4. The earbuds should be stored in the case when not in use

Note: Remove the protective film from the earbuds before first-time usage

Turning On / Off

Turn On

| Open the lid of the charging case, or press and hold the touch-sensitive panels on both earbuds for 2 seconds whilst

they are turned off

| Return both earbuds to the charging case or touch and

hold on the touch-sensitive panels on both earbuds for 10 seconds when they are turned on

Pairing Earbuds

Begin with the earbuds in their case:

  1. Open the charging case. They will turn on automatically and connect within  5 seconds
  2. Turn on the pairing function on the device you want to pair with the earbuds From the list of available devices, find and select “AUKEY EP-N6”
  3. If a code or PIN is required for pairing, enter “0000”

Use After Pairing

Once the earbuds have been successfully paired to your device, they can be switched on and off as follows:

  1. Open the charging case – they will turn on and sync automatically
  2. To power off – put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, they will begin charging

Using the Left/Right Earbud Only

Starting with the earbuds in the case:

  1. Take the left/right earbuds out
  2. Turn on the pairing function on the device to pair with the earbuds
  3. From the list of available devices, select “AUKEY EP-N6”

Notes

  • Earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last-paired device once they have been switched on
  • In pairing mode, the earbuds will automatically turn off after 5 minutes if no device is synced
  • To clear the pairing list, take the earbuds out of the charging case and press both earbuds for 10 seconds to turn them off, then press the touch-sensitive panels on both earbuds for 10 seconds.
  • If one of the earbuds has no sound, return earbuds to the charging case, leave them for a moment – then take them out again and reconnect
  • The range on these wireless earbuds is 15m (50ft). If you exceed this range, the earbuds will disconnect from your paired device. The connection will be re-established if you re-enter the wireless range within 10 minutes. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device. To connect with other devices, follow the previous pairing steps

Controls & LED Indicators

Streaming Audio Once paired, you can wirelessly stream audio from your device to the earbuds. Music will automatically pause when you receive an incoming phone call and resume once the call has ended.
