Special Instructions

Ambient Light Sensor & Proximity Sensor
The ambient light sensor and proximity sensor of this device are hidden on the lower right side of the receiver. To ensure the sensors function well, please keep them away from any dust, grease or light-proof film. Using a third-party screen protector may cause the sensors blocking alert or locked screen nonresponsive to incoming calls, so you need to cut the film to expose the sensors.

Fingerprint sensor
A third-party screen protector might affect fingerprint recognition. Ensure that you use a vivo official screen protector with customized design for the fingerprint sensor.
