Product Description: The Andreas Medium Table Lamp is a stylish and
functional lighting fixture that adds ambiance to any room. It requires a
light bulb (not included) for operation.
Installation Requirements: This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect the item and contents carefully before installation. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

- Scissors
Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft surface.
- Install the harp (C) by squeezing it together and inserting it into the top of the saddle (D).
- Remove the finial (A) from the harp (C).
- Remove the shade (B) from its packaging and install it to the harp (C) using the finial (A). If the shade has additional packaging, carefully cut it off from the interior of the shade to avoid damages.
- Install a light bulb into the socket.
- Remove the protective cover (E) from the plug.
- Plug the lamp into an electrical outlet and test the fixture.
Care Instructions
Clean the lamp only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,

TOOLS REQUIRED (NOT INCLUDED):
Scissors

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Install harp (C) by squeezing together and inserting into top of saddle (D).

Remove finial (A) from harp (C).

Remove shade (B) from packaging and install to harp (C) using finial (A).
NOTE: If shade has additional packaging, carefully cut off from interior of shade to avoid damages. -
Install light bulb into the socket.

Remove protective cover (E) from the plug.
