  1. It is important to read this Instruction Manual through carefully in order to avoid to property loss and personal injury caused by improper use.
  2. The appliance must be installed and repaired by delegated installation personnel. If the installation, adjustment or maintenance was operated by another organization or personnel, it will be possible to cause property loss and personal injury. If any clause in this instruction book is in conflict with national laws, please subject to laws in force.
  3. When in operation, the door and accessible external surfaces could become very hot. Always use.
  4. The knobs, handles and buttons. Never touch metal parts or the glass. Use oven gloves if necessary. This electrical appliance operates at high temperatures which could cause burns. Hot steam can escape when you open the appliance door. Steam is not visible at certain temperatures.
  5. Do not stand too close to the appliance when opening it. Open the appliance door with caution. Keep children away.
  6. Take the plug out of the socket before you start cleaning or servicing the appliance to avoid electric shock hazards.
  7. This oven is designed to cook food. It must never be used for other purposes or it will cause fir.
  8. Keep the appliance away from any gas pipeline. If there was a gas pipeline located near to oven, it should be take proper protection on the pipeline to ensure it is no heat affection from the oven, such as wrapping the gas pipeline with iron tube.
  9. Never put any sundries on or in the therm ovent.
  10. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Place the appliance on a level surface out of reach of children. Or it will cause burn, electric shock or other hazards.
  11. Never put air-tight container into the appliance to cook, it will cause hazards.
  12. When in operation, do not put water onto the door glass to avoid glass explosives.
  13. Please connect the power directly to the socket, do not intend to use an extension cord of supply the power. Or it will possibly cause fire because of bad condition cord.
  14. If the appliance has any fault during operation, please stop using it immediately and refer to “Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions” to carry out the corresponding treatment.
  15. Hot steam can escape when you open the appliance door. Steam is not visible at certain temperatures. Do not stand too close to the appliance when opening it. Open the appliance door with caution. Keep children away.
  16. Before plugging into the mains, make sure that: The mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the rating plate. Using a qualified air switch or anti-creeping switch is necessary to connect the appliance.
  17. Avoid to any heavy item pressing the cord.
  18. Must keep the appliance and power cord away from any inflammable and explosive dangerous goods. Or it will damage the appliance and cause an explosion hazard.
  19. The power line must be maintained and replaced by delegated personnel if it was damaged.
  20. Please use proper perforated Pan container to avoid fire caused by oil drop.
  21. The dishes only allows to be put on the pan. If may cause hazard if they are placed on the button of the cavity directly.
  22. There is a heat at the inner side of the handle while the appliance was operating, please be caution not to be burn.
  23. The appliance cavity may still at high temperature after the cook was finished. Never clean the cavity before the it is fully cool down or it will cause burn.
  24. The appliance cannot be operated with external timer or remote system.
  25. Never put or keep the appliance under the water.
  26. Do not attempt to put heavy weights, lay or sit on the oven door.
  27. Never tough the power cable or plug with wet hand or barefoot condition.
  28. Never use rough cloths or sharp metal blades to clean the oven door, or it will cause damage to the glass and easy to explore.
  29. It is suggested to place the appliance onto firm platform. Never install and operate the appliance under the strong light facility or on plastic shelf, or it will cause the appliance be out of shape or explosive hazard.
  30. Lift from the bottom of the product and handle it lightly. Never lift with the appliance’s handle as a supporting point or it will cause appliance damage.
  31. Never use a steam cleaner.
  32. The heat element can be only controlled, and connected with the corresponding control panel system. Or it will potentially cause appliance damage and danger to user.

Installation

  • In order to ensure that the product can be used safely for a long time, the product must be fixed in an absolutely sturdy way, and the electronic components must be isolated to prevent the possibility of contact with metal accessories;
  • The cabinet where the product is installed and all adhesives used must be able to withstand a temperature not lower than 90°C to avoid deformation and paint breakage;LIVINOX-LCO-SB6-50-Built-In-Combi-Oven-FIG \(3\)
  • Before connecting power, make sure:
    • 1. According to regulations, there should be a grounded supply system. The socket and circuit connected to the power supply must be reliably grounded;
    • 2. After the product is installed, the switch should be easy to operate;
    • 3. After the product is connected to the power supply, please check whether the power cord is in contact with heat-prone accessories. If there is contact, keep it away from a safe distance;
    • 4. Do not use reducers, shunts and adapters that can cause overheating or self-ignition. The manufacturer is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by incorrect installation or connection of any electronic products. Therefore, all installation and connection operations must be performed by professionals who follow local regulations;
    • 5. Do not connect the ground wire to gas pipes, water pipes, lightning rods and telephone lines to avoid accidents caused by electric shock due to poor grounding. The socket should not be installed in a place exposed to moisture, water or near a heat source.
  • When installing the circuit, be sure to wait until the installation is complete before turning on the power.
  • Open the product door and fix the product on the cabinet with the self-tapping screws provided. Make sure that the product is firmly fixed, so as not to tilt the product forward and damage the contents of the machine during use; (there are self-tapping screw holes on both sides of the front plate of the product)
  • Please refer to the following diagram when installing the product. In order to ensure that the product has enough installation space and the surrounding air circulation, it is recommended to remove the cabinet back panel during installation.

Attention

Do not stand at front of the vent for a long time during working, When opening door, press to pause, and step back to avoid hot steam scalding; it is recommended to wear gloves when removing or putting in a steamer or other cooking container to avoid scalding.

Tips

  1. If food is not cooked: It is recommended to use flat containers on the shelf, the food is better in small pieces, and the time needs to be adjusted according to the amount of food.
  2. If water shortage is still prompted after adding water: The amount of water added is not enough, please add water to the maximum water level mark and try again
  3. Water shortage reminder: When the water tank water level is lower than the minimum water level requirement, the screen please add water indicator light is on, the buzzer prompts, and the display area continues to flash, You can end the prompt by adding water to the water tank or long pressing .
  4. Automatic sleep : During non-preheating or cooking, if there is no operation for more than 5 minutes, the product will automatically enter sleep, you can press to wake up the machine.
  5. Automatic operation after preheating: After the preheating is completed, if there is no operation, the product will automatically enter the working state after beeping for 1 minute;
  6. Fan delay cooling function: After the work is suspended or finished, the cooling fan will work for more than 5 minutes to ensure safety and product life;
  7. Delay lighting: In the working state (including pause), when the product is heating, the light is on; when the product stops heating, the light is turned off after a delay.

Maintenance

Precautions for cleaning and maintenance

  1. After each use, the water in the water tank must be cleaned up in time to prevent excessive water from overflowing to the cabinet;
  2. After using the steam mode, please pour out the remaining water in the water tank to prevent the remaining water from forming condensate or breeding bacteria in the water tank.

Attention

  1. Do not use cleaners containing alkali/soda, acid or chlorine, nor use cleaning sprays, dishwasher cleaners or corrosive cleaners;
  2. Do not use hard brushes, scouring pads, wire brushes and other hard cleaning tools that will scratch the surface of stainless steel.

Maintenance method

Door assembly/display panel
The dirt attached to the door that is difficult to clean can be cleaned with a neutral detergent, but not with a steel wire ball to avoid scratching the coating on the glass surface. After cleaning, wipe it dry with a rag.

Door seal

  1. After each use, please wipe the product seal with a sponge soaked in warm water, and then dry the door seal with a dry cloth;
  2. Do not use cleaning agents to clean the door seal tape, because some components in the cleaning agent may corrode the tape;
  3. The door seal tape may be perforated or cracked due to long-term use. If this happens, please replace it with a new one.

Stainless steel cavity

  1. After each use of the steam mode, please clean the cavity, use an absorbent sponge or a rag to wipe off the condensation on the inner wall of the liner. It is best to open the product door to dry the cavity;
  2. After using the baking mode each time, please clean it up in time after the product has cooled down. The oil stains can be cleaned with a neutral detergent and rinsed with water after scrubbing.

The highest water level of the water tank

The top of the outside of the water tank is marked with the highest water level line. When
adding water to the water tank, please try to add water to the highest water level mark to maximize the cooking time. Do not add water beyond the highest water level to avoid pulling the water tank. The water splashes out.

Tips for adding water

When the product display panel, please add water indicator light is on and there is a buzzing sound, it means that the water in the water tank is below the minimum water level requirement and the product has stopped working. Please take out the water tank and add water in time.

About the choice of cooking vessel

When choosing a cooking container, please choose a porous container as much as possible. The depth of the container should not be too deep. The height of the steamed food should be 3~5cm, so that the steam generated by the evaporator can contact the ingredients more and ensure the steamed food The taste.

The first use of the product produces a burnt smell

Since the residue of the new product or thermal fuse isolation will produce odor or smoke after high temperature, it is recommended to fill the water tank and steam for more than 45 minutes when it is used for the first time, and let the product cool before formal cooking.

Not used for a long time

If the product is not used for a long time, please clean the inside of the product and use any baking mode to dry the remaining water in the product to avoid bacterial growth and odor.

About the default temperature and time of the cooking mode of the product

Each cooking mode of the product has a preset cooking temperature and cooking time. The
default temperature and time are all data obtained by our engineers through a large number of tests under certain conditions in the laboratory, which can be satisfied under normal circumstances The vast majority of cooking needs. When you are cooking at the default temperature and time, if you encounter food that is not cooked, you can consider extending the cooking time or increasing the cooking temperature. If this problem still occurs, please contact the after-sales personnel for on-site repair.

Standby and hibernation

After the product is powered on, the product is in the standby state, will be on (standby power is less than lW), and press in the standby state to wake up the product and enter the work-ready state.
