USING THE ionMug
- Place the cup on the charging base
- The indicator light will flash blue then it will slowly pulse after about 10 seconds
- The beverage temperature should stabilize at approximately 122° F (50° C)
- The ionMUG will turn off after 60 minutes of inactivity as a safety measure, to enjoy your hot beverage all day long, make sure to remove and replace the ionMUG on the coaster every 60 minutes.
Wireless charging for smartphone
- Place the compatible smartphone on the charging base
- The indicator light will turn a solid blue to show that the device is now charging
Note: If the phone has a case and it is too thick, it may affect the charging performance. If this happens, please remove the phone case.

CLEANING THE ionMug
Hand wash the ionMug only, Do not fully immerse in water, Do not clean in dishwasher, The charging base should be wiped with a damp cloth. Disconnect the charging base before cleaning and make sure is fully dry before connecting to power.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
CAUTION: THE IONMUG CONTAINS HOT BEVERAGES
AND CAN GET HOT, BE SURE TO HOLD THE IONMUG
FROM THE HANDLE ONLY.
- The volume of liquid in the mug will determine the mug’s overall temperature (more liquid will result in a lower temperature mug and less liquid will result in a higher temperature mug), It will aso determine how quickly the liquid will be heated (the lesser the liquid, the quicker it will heat up).
- Using the lid to cover the mug will slightly increase temperatures,
- The temperature of your environment could affect the temperature of the mug and its contained liquids.
- The wireless charging pad includes a foreign object detector safety feature which will shut down in case it detects any foreign object on it (e.c. paper clips, coins, scissors, etc.),
- To prevent the ionMug form overheating, the mug will shut down automatically after 60 minutes of being placed on the pad without activity.
- Do not expose to water, extreme temperature or a high humidity environment.
- The bottom of the ionMug contains metal particles, so please do not use it in a microwave oven.
- Do not put the ionMug without any liquids on the charging pad, it may overheat and burn.
- Do not touch the inside and bottom of the ionMug while is on the charging pad or shortly after it was removed, it may be hot and cause burns.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not try to take the ionMug apart or use it for any other uses than its intended use.
