CHARGING YOUR SMARTPHONE OR OTHER PORTABLE DEVICE IS IMPORTANT:
- Make sure that your device is compatible with wireless charging and that wireless charging is enabled if necessary.
- If your device uses a metallic protective case, remove the case before charging.
- If your phone case is too thick you may experience a lack of charging efficiency. Remove the case and all attachments for the fastest charge.
STEP 1: Plug the USB end of the USB cable into an AC wall charger and the
USB-C end into the port located on the Wireless Charging Pad. Place the pad on
a sturdy flat surface, such as a desk or table. When the charger is plugged
in, the LED will flash BLUE quickly. This indicates that the charger is
powered on and ready to use.
STEP 2: Place your device directly on the Wireless Charging Pad.
- The LED will be BLUE while a device is charging.
- The charging time will vary depending on the age/brand/model of your device. Your device will display the charging progress. You may safely remove your device from the pad at any time during the charging process.
CLEANING & CARE:
- If your Charging Pad appears to need cleaning, wipe the exterior down with a soft, dry cloth.
- Never use abrasive cleaning agents or chemicals.
- Wipe off any accumulated dust periodically.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Be sure to read all safety precautions and warnings below before attempting to use your 15-Watt Wireless Charging Pad. Violation of these instructions could result in the device malfunctioning, injury to the user or violation of the Izumi Product Warranty.
- Do not use the Wireless Charging Pad for anything other than its intended use.
- This product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify your charger in any way.
- Keep the Wireless Charging Pad away from all heat sources, including direct sunlight. Do not expose the charging pad to humidity, water, or any other liquid. Never store or use this product in temperatures below 32° F (0° C) or above 115° F (45° C).
- Do not operate the charger if it has become wet or moist. The unit is not waterproof or water-resistant.
- Do not use the plug if it is loose as it may cause a fire or electric shock.

TROUBLESHOOT
If the LED Indicator light emits a BLUE FLASHING light.
- The mobile device isn’t properly aligned with the unit to charge.
- Unit at risk of overheating and should be removed temporarily.
