Pairing With Your Devices

  1. Remove earbuds from the case.
  2. Open the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and click on “Soundmates ANC”
  3. Your device should now be paired and ready for use.

Charging

  • Place earbuds in the case and they will automatically begin charging if the case has remaining power.
  • The indicator light on the charging case will flash red while charging.
  • The earbuds LED will light red while the earbuds are charging and will turn off once fully charged.
  • After a full charge, the lights on the case will turn solid red.
  • Recharge carry case via the included Type-C cable.

Power OFF

Reset Earbud Pairing

  1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case.
  2. Make sure both earbuds are powered off. Touch both the Left and Right earbuds 10 seconds before hearing “Device Pairing” can clear connection records and all devices.
  3. The earbuds will auto-pairing again to hear “Soundmates connected”.
  4. Open the Bluetooth pairing list on your phone and click on “Soundmates ANC” to connect your phone.

Remark: Make sure both earbuds are powered off.
