Uncertain if these function with iPhone 12. My phone is an Android. S20 from Samsung
Nothing on the box or the instruction sheet indicates if they are compatible with Apple products or not. These ought to work with your iPhone if you can couple other devices with it using the common Bluetooth protocol. I don’t know because I haven’t personally tried it. Hope this is useful.

How do you get both Tzumi earbuds to work?

Enable your device’s Bluetooth function from your device’s Settings menu. Select “Tzumi Soundmates” from the Bluetooth device list to pair the earbuds to your device. If your Soundmates won’t pair to each other, place them back in the charging case. When you remove them from the case again, they will auto-pair.

The LEDs will turn solid red while charging. The LED on the bottom of the case will turn White. Once fully charged. the LEDs on the earbuds and case will turn off
