CHARGING YOUR PHONE OR OTHER PORTABLE DEVICE
NOTE: For best performance, make sure that the Wireless Charger is fully charged. Refer to opposite page for charging instructions.
- Press the Power button to start the wireless charging. When your smartphone is connected and charging successfully, the green LED will flicker.
- Charging time will depend on the type of device. Your device will display the charging progress. When wireless charging is complete, simply lift up your device.
- You may also charge other devices via dual USB ports. Insert one end of the original cable that came with your device into the phone. Insert the other end into the USB port of the Wireless Charger. When charging is complete, disconnect.
CHARGING YOUR WIRELESS CHARGER
NOTE: Your Wireless Charger comes pre-charged. Depending on a few factors, the battery may have discharged in transit and needs to be charged again before using.
QUICK POWER TEST: Perform the test by pressing the Power button. The Indicator Lights will illuminate accordingly (see charging chart below).
- Via Lightning Cable: Connect the Lightning cable to an AC wall adapter or computer/laptop USB port.
- Via Micro USB Cable: Connect Micro USB cable to an AC wall adapter or computer/laptop USB port.
It takes approximately 4-8 hours to fully charge your Wireless Charger (from a depleted unit). Once the charging is in progress, the Indicator Lights will illuminate accordingly (see the charging chart on follow).
When the charging is complete, all Indicator Lights will remain lit until you disconnect your Wireless Charger from the power supply.
NOTE: Once fully charged, the Wireless Charger is able to re-charge most smartphones 5 times depending on the battery capacity of the cell phone and the condition/age of the cell phone battery.

!WARNING! LITHIUM-ION BATTERY
Lithium-ion cells and battery packs may get hot, ignite or explode if exposed to abuse conditions, which can cause serious injury to the user. Be sure to follow all instructions carefully to ensure safe operation of your PocketJuice Portable Charger. If you have any questions or concerns about operation or the precautionary measures listed below, feel free to contact our Customer Support Team at tzumi.com/support.
- Do not attempt to pierce, strike, or apply strong pressure with sharp or heavy objects. Strong impact or shocks could cause irreversible damage to the unit.
- Do not operate the battery if it has been exposed to any liquid or if it is visibly wet or moist.
- The battery should be charged under adult supervision at all times. Never leave alone with children.
- Always remember to shut the battery off when not in use.
- Do not expose the battery to extremely high or extremely low temperatures or high pressure. Do to expose the battery to fire, direct sunlight, or other hot locations such as inside a hot car. This may cause the battery to generate heat, ignite, or explode. Using the battery in this manner may also result in a loss of performance in a shortened life expectancy.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the battery in any way. The battery contains safety and protective devices, which, if damaged, may cause the battery to generate excess heat, leading to ignition or explosion and injury to the user.
- Immediately discontinue use of the battery if, while using, charging, or storing the battery, the unit emits an unusual odor or smoke, feels hot, changed color or shape, or appears visibly abnormal in any other way.
- If this does occur, and contact the tzumi Customer Support Team at tzumi.com/support.
