Hello! This is your instruction manual, to help create the best possible experience with this cool product.

Safety Precautions:

  1. Please follow the rules described in this manual closely to ensure your safety.
  2. Before using the earbuds, we would strongly encourage you to read this manual.
  3. Do not modify, repair, or dismantle the earbuds or power bank.
  4. Do not use any liquids to clean the products.
  5. Do not use the earbuds near water or intense temperatures.

Charging:

  1. Charging the earbuds
    ** The battery isolators, on the bottom of the earbud stem, need to be removed in order to charge the earbuds.
    • Place the earbuds securely into the power case. Earbuds will begin charging automatically.
    •  The charging case LED(4) will turn solid BLUE and earbud LED(2) will turn solid RED when charging. The LED on the earbuds and case will turn off when the earbuds are fully charged.

  2. Charging the power case
    •  Use the provided USB to Type-C charging cable to connect to an adapter or computer to charge the power case.
    •  When charging the case the LED(4) will flash RED. The LED will tum OFF when the case is fully charged.
    •   It takes approximately 2.5hrs to charge the case from 0%-100%.
    •  When the case is fully charged it will charge the earbuds 4-5 times from 0%-100%.

Pairing Both Earbuds:

  1. Pairing: First time
    • Remove both earbuds from the power case, you’ll hear a voice prompt on both earbuds saying “Power On” followed by the tone prompt indicating earbuds are paired.
    • Once you hear both earbuds beep the earbuds are now synced to each other. If done successfully the main earbud LED will turn off and the secondary earbud LED flashes slowly.

  2. Connecting to Bluetooth
    •  Go into your Bluetooth options and select the pairing name “Looking Glass TWS”.
    •  If done successfully you will hear the voice prompt “Connected”.
    •  You can now enjoy your favorite Audio.
    •  Previously connected earbuds will connect automatically after they’re powered ON.
    •  If you don’t connect to the earbuds within 3 minutes the earbuds will automatically power OFF.

  3. Power ON
    Remove your earbuds from the charging case or press and hold the multi- function sensor(1) for 3 seconds. You’ll hear the voice prompt “Power On”.

  4. Power OFF
    • To turn off your earbuds place them both back into the power case.
    •  You can also power off your earbuds by holding the multi-function sensor on both earbuds until you hear the voice prompt “Power Off”.

  5. Calling
    •  Answering/End Call:
    Press the multifunction sensor once to answer an incoming call, and again to end the call.
    •  Reject a Call:
    Press and hold the multifunction sensor to reject an incoming call.

  6. Playing Audio
    •  Right Earbud:
    – Double Press to play the next song
    – Triple Press to increase the volume
    •  Left Earbud:
    – Double press to play the previous song.
    – Triple Press to decrease volume.

  7. Activate Voice Assistant
    •  Press and hold the multifunction sensor on either earbud for 3 seconds, you will hear a beep prompt to indicate that your voice Assistant/Siri is “Activated” and waiting
    your commands.
    Resetting your earbuds:
    • If you’re having trouble pairing your earbuds forget the pairing name “Looking Glass TWS” from the list of connected devices. Now turn off your Bluetooth.
    •  Place both earbuds back into the charged power case.
    •  Now remove the earbuds and follow the instructions under “Pairing Both Earbuds”.

Single Earbud Usage:

  1. Pairing for the first time
    • Take out the earbud from the charging case. You will hear a voice prompt “Power On” and the earbud will flash Red & Blue.
    • Open your Bluetooth options, Turn on Bluetooth, and select the pairing name “Looking Glass TWS”.
    • If done successfully you will hear the voice prompt “Connected” and the earbud LED will then turn OFF.
    • If you would like to sync the earbuds together, simply remove the other earbud from the case. The earbuds will automatically pair together.

  2. Power ON/OFF
    • Power ON: Take out your earbud from the charging case or press and hold the multifunction sensor(1) for 3 seconds. You’ll hear the voice prompt “Power On”.
    • Power OFF: Place your earbud back into the charging case or press and hold the multifunction sensor (1) for 5 seconds. You will hear the voice prompt “Power Off’.

  3. Once the earbud is successfully connected to your device, you can listen to audio.

  4. Answer/End calls: Press the multifunction sensor(1) once to answer an incoming call, and again to end.

  5. Reject a call: Long press the multifunction sensor to reject an incoming call.

  6. Music: short press the sensor to pause the music or play the music.

  7. If you’re connected to the right earbud, you can change the song or increase the volume.
    If you’re connected to the left earbud, you can go to the previous song or decrease the volume.
    Right Earbud:
    – Double Press to play the next song
    – Triple Press to increase volume Left Earbud:
    – Double press to play the previous song.
    – Triple Press to decrease volume.

Power Case Tech Specifications

The Power Case can charge the earbuds 4-5x (from 0-100).
Mobile devices cannot connect with the earbuds if the earbuds are not in pairing mode.

If the earbuds are unable to connect to a mobile device via Bluetooth for 3+ minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.
Decreasing the volume will extend the playback time.

Safety Precautions

WARNING–When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  1. Fully read the instructions before using the product.
  2. The unit will only achieve full performance after 2 or 3 complete charge and discharge cycles.
  3. Do not overcharge your case. The unit may become hot under excessive use. Remove your case once it is fully charged. Never charge your case for more than 7 hours at a time.
  4. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is required when the product is used near children.
  5. Do not expose the device to moisture.
  6. Do not use the device in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above the rating may result in a risk of fire or injury.
  7. Do not use the device if damaged or modified.
  8. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
  9. Do not disassemble the device. Take the device to a qualified technician if service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or injury.
  10. Do not expose the device to fire or excessive temperatures. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 212°F/100°C may cause an explosion.
  11. Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.
  12. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
