Safety Precautions
- This product is NOT a toy, keep away from children and pets.
- Only use the device according to the instructions in this manual.
- Never use the device for anything other than its intended purpose.
- Do not open this device or attempt to repair the unit yourself if it is not working properly. Doing so risks fire, shock, or injury.
- When not in use, the device should be stored in a dry, cool location, away from sources of water or heat.
- Do not expose the device or power cable to extreme temperatures (heat or cold), open flames, or humid or wet conditions.
- Do not submerge in water. Do not use it in a location where the device or power cable could fall into the liquid.
- Unplug the charging cable when not in use. Do not pull the charging cable to disconnect, or use the cable as a handle.
- Do not use it if the device or charging cable is damaged. If the device or charging cable is damaged, it MUST be serviced or replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent before using it again.
- Attachments on the back of your device can impede the effectiveness of the wireless charger, and lead to overheating. Remove attachments from your device before charging on this wireless charger.
Product
Wireless Charging Instructions
- Plug the provided charging cable into the USB Type-C input port on the wireless charger.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a USB Type-C power source, such as the USB Type-C port on a computer or into a certified USB Type-C adapter (not included), and plug into a wall socket.
- The LED light ring will flash BLUE 3 times, then glow GREEN to indicate the wireless charger is in standby mode and ready to begin a charge.
- Place a wireless charging enabled mobile device on the wireless charging surface, the mobile device will begin to charge automatically.
- The LED light ring will turn BLUE to indicate that your device is charging properly.
- If your device does not begin to charge, try repositioning your device on the wireless charging surface. You may need to remove the case of your device to charge properly.
- Remove your device from the wireless charging surface when it is fully charged.
- Note: If the LED indicator is flashing when the wireless charger is in use, either the device is NOT wireless charging enabled, or there is an object between the device and charging pad interfering with the charging process.
- To achieve fast wireless charging, Power Delivery (PD) or Qualcomm Quick Charge (QC) adapter is required. (not included)
Note on Safety Features:
- The wireless charging will automatically power OFF when the wireless charging surface is overheated, or when a metal object, such as a coin, is placed on the wireless charging surface. The LED light ring will flash BLUE to warn of automatic shutoff.
