Children below the age of 3 years should be kept away from the appliance, except where they are under constant supervision. Children between the age of 3 and 8 may only switch the appliance on/off provided that it has been set up and installed in the normal operating position and they are under supervision or have been instructed how to

Make sure, that the appliance is not damaged during delivery!

Only connect to a socket with 230V~ / 50Hz voltage!

Fully unwind the power cord!

Place the appliance in such a way, so the connector plug can be easily accessed, or unplugged!

Lead the connection cable in such a way, so it cannot accidentally unplug, and so no one can trip in it!

The connection cable cannot come into contact with the warm parts!

Do not place it near flammable materials! (min. 100 cm)

Do not use, where flammable steam or exploding hazardous dust can be released! Do not use in flammable or explosion hazardous environments!

Only operate under constant supervision!

Only usable indoors, under dry circumstances! Protect from the humid environment (e.g. bathroom, swimming pool)!

Can cause burn injuries, so do not touch the tip or the spilled glue during use! After cutting the power, the tip can remain hot for a longer time period!

Never touch the connection cord or the appliance with wet hands!

Make sure that no object or liquid can enter the appliance through its openings

Protect from dust, humidity, sunshine, and direct heat radiation!

Use the extendable stand to safely put down the appliance!

Place a coaster to catch the spilled glue!

Never remove the glue stick with the melted end from the glue gun!

Before cleaning cut the power from the device, by unplugging the connector plug from the mains!

When finished using cut the power from the device, and do not leave the still hot glue gun without supervision!

Always let the appliance cool down naturally!

If any irregularities are noticed (e.g. strange noise is heard from the appliance, burnt smell) immediately shut down and cut the power from the appliance!

If the appliance will not be used for a longer period, shut it down, and unplug the connection cord! Store the appliance in a cool place!

Only authorized for private use, not for industrial use!
Caution: Risk of electric shock! Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the unit or its accessories. In case any part is damaged, immediately power off the unit and seek the assistance of a specialist.
In the event that the power cable should become damaged, it should only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service facility, or similarly qualified personnel.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE
For the optimal operation of the appliance, with regularity depending on the amount of stain, but at least once a month, the cleaning of the device may be necessary.
- Before cleaning turn off the appliance, then cut the power from it by removing the connector plug from the mains!
- Let the appliance cool down (min. 20 perc).
- With a slightly wet cloth clean the outside of the appliance! Do not use aggressive cleaners! Do not let the water come into contact with the electric parts located inside the appliance!

DISPOSAL
Waste equipment must be collected and disposed of separately from household waste because it may contain components hazardous to the environment or health. Used or waste equipment may be dropped off free of charge at the point of sale, or at any distributor which sells equipment of identical nature and function. Dispose of products at a facility specializing in the collection of electronic waste. By doing so, you will protect the environment as well as the health of others and yourself. If you have any questions, contact the local waste management organization. We shall undertake the tasks pertinent to the manufacturer as prescribed in the relevant regulations and shall bear any associated costs arising.
AREA OF USE
With the help of the glue gun paper, cardboard, wood, glass, or textiles, leather, rubber, ceramics, stone, metal, PUR foam, plastic, and many other materials can be glued within seconds in any preferred combinations. In the case of certain plastics and metals, preliminary experiments may be necessary.
- Not suitable for gluing soft PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and Teflon.
- Excellent for modeling, decorating, and flower arrangement works, and for the gluing g of decorations. Also ideal for filling gaps and joints, because its volume does not diminish during hardening. Sticks to almost any material, if the surface is clean, and is dust and grease-free. The best adhesion can be done on roughened surfaces. If necessary use a fine abrasive canvas.
INSTALLATION, OPERATION

Use the extendable stand to safely put down the appliance! By folding it back the workplace can be reached, while extending it the glue gun can be put down in a forward tilted position during pauses.

After connecting it to the mains, turn it on with the toggle switch, this is indicated by a green LED lighting up.

The heater reaches operating temperature after 5 minutes (ca. 2000C).
Now place in the glue stick, and by pressing the trigger – without forcing it – fill it into the tube (into the heater). -
Due to the multiple usabilities, it is advised to make a trial!

Place a coaster to catch the spilled glue!

The glue sticks are not fired hazardous and pose no threat to health. Heat (e.g. sunshine, heaters) must be avoided because they can deform!

After heating up (ca. 2 min), by carefully operating the trigger, administer the necessary quantity. It is advised to administer only as much glue as needed. The surplus spills out of the glue gun and is lost.

During use do not force the trigger, because the inner mechanism can break! The quantity of glue that can be administered is limited by the speed of the heating and is in not correlated to the force that the trigger is pushed with.

Immediately push together the surfaces wished to be glued, and hold them that way for at least 15 seconds. The glue hardens after approx. 1 minute, and can be partially moved, but for the stable bonding, more time is needed. The glue does not need to be smeared. Good heat conducting surfaces (e.g. stone, metal) are needed to be heated beforehand.

After turning it off, with a thick, dry clot clean the still warm tip, and remove the remains of the glue! Avoid the hot parts!

After usage cut the power from the appliance, by unplugging the connector plug, do not leave the still warm glue gun without supervision!

Always let the appliance cool down naturally!
The bond will be permanent, and the glue slightly flexible, not brittle, or prone to cracking. Transparent, and void of silicon, is suitable for further working, or painting. The surplus glue can be easily removed by using a heated-up blade. The diameter of the usable glue stick is 7 mm, the separately buyable packets type is SMA 067T. (includes: 10 x 7 mm/100 mm).
