Attention! Never place damp earphones back into the charging case.
FAQ1 - Do you not see the Pocobob SP in your Bluetooth settings?
Then they are either out of power or connected to another device. They always connect to the last device that had Bluetooth enabled when you turned on the Pocobob SP. Solution. 1) Turn off Bluetooth on the device you do not want to connect to and turn on Bluetooth on the phone or watch you want to connect to. 2) Remove the earphones from the case. 3) Connect.
FAQ2 - The battery percentage on the case is lower.
The earphones are charged by the charging case. As a result, the battery percentage decreases as the earphones become fully charged.
FAQ3 - Why is there no light on the earphone when I try to connect?
There are 2 causes: 1) The earphones are directly connected to the last paired phone, laptop, or tablet nearby (auto-connect). 2) The earphones (and likely the charging case) are out of power. Solution. Charge and turn on Bluetooth only on the desired device. Connect again.
FAQ4 - What does the battery percentage on the charging case mean?
FAQ5 - The microphone is not working properly
The earphones have well-tested microphones. You can use them for calls, but the priority of these earphones is fit and sound. Make sure to make calls in a quiet environment. Not while running. The wind might make you less audible.
FAQ6 - The earphones stutter or the connection drops
Be aware that the earphone is the receiving device. The signal that the earphone receives is what it plays. Check if the issue is with your device (phone, laptop, tablet, etc.). Restart the connection device (not the earphones, but your phone, for example), close all apps, update your phone and apps, and improve your internet. Stuttering can also be caused by other strong signals in the air: a tram, a building, a station, a microwave, a refrigerator, etc. Lastly, you can try resetting to solve the stuttering.
FAQ7 - Charging case does not work
Only place the earphones back in the case when they are dry. During sports, the earphones often get wet fromrain and sweat. The earphones can handle this very well. However, never place the earphones back in the charging case when damp. This can damage the charging function, and the warranty will be voided.
Connect
- Only the first time: Charge the case > open the case > remove both earphones from the case and place them back.
- Remove the earphones from the case. The earphones will now attempt to connect: one earphone blinks quickly, the other blinks slowly.
- Go to your phone’s settings > Bluetooth and select pocobob SP. Choose: connect > allow.
How to wear them
- Choose the size of ear tips that fit snugly in your ear canal.
- This ensures the best sound transmission and they stay in place best.

Charging case
- Place the cable at the back of the case.
- Case charging: numbers on the case blink.
- Case full: numbers on the case turn off.
Charging earphones
Place the earphones in the charging case.
- Earphones charging: L + R bars blink.
- Earphones fully charged in case: lights on the case turn off.

- Do not place the earphones back in the case if they are wet.
- Avoid dirt in the charging case. This ensures longterm use.
WARNING
- Prevent damage or danger: do not disassemble the earphones or the charging case.
- Avoid extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Avoid using earphones where ambient noise is important for safety.
- Do not use the earphones during thunderstorms to avoid interference and electric shocks.
- Do not use aggressive chemicals when cleaning.
- Use during sleep at your own risk.
- Do not use the earphones for extended periods and/or at high volume, as this can damage your hearing.
