Operation

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USE AND RETAIN IT FOR LATER REFERENCE!

WARNINGS

1. Before using the product for the first time, please read the instructions for use below and retain them. The original instructions were written in the Hungarian language.
2. This appliance may only be used by persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking in experience or knowledge, as well as children from the age of 8, if they are under supervision or have been given instruction concerning use of the appliance and they have understood the hazards associated with use. Children should not be allowed to play with the unit. Children may only clean or perform user maintenance on the appliance under supervision.
3. Confirm that the appliance has not been damaged in transit!
4. Only for indoor use!
5. Keep the appliance away from heating and other electrical appliances!
6. Only connect to a 5 V , minimum 800 mA capacity USB socket.
7. Unwind the power cable completely!
8. Never connect the appliance to the USB socket with wet hands!
9. Do not lead the power cable on the appliance!
10. Do not lead the power cable under carpets, doormats, etc.
11. The appliance should be located so as to allow easy access and removal of the power plug!
12. Lead the power cable so as to prevent it from being pulled out accidentally or tripped over!
13. If the mains cable is damaged, disconnect the appliance immediately and contact a specialist!
14. When cleaning, filling the water tank, replacing the appliance or other maintenance, disconnect the appliance by unplugging the connection plug
15. Never touch the water and the parts of the appliance in the water when the appliance is under power.
16. Never operate the appliance without water.
17. Do not scratch the oscillator!
18. Do not immerse the appliance in water, the pieces under voltage cannot cannot get in touch with water!
19. Do not operate unattended in the presence of children!
20. Do not let children play with the unit!
21. Never disassemble the appliance.
22. When not planning to use the unit for an extended period of time, switch it off then remove the power plug from the outlet and empty the water tank.
23. If any irregular operation is detected (e.g., unusual noise or burnt odor from unit), immediately switch it off and remove the power plug!

26. The unit is intended for household use. No industrial use is permitted!

In the event that the power cable should become damaged, it should only be replaced with cables obtained from the manufacturer or its service facility.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION OF THE UNIT

1. Follow the steps of figure 2. 2.
2. Place the appliance on a solid, horizontal, flat surface! Connect the included cable to the device.
3. Remove the plastic bulb (2.) from the water tank.
4. Pour distilled water into the water tank up to the MAX mark. Do not overfill the water tank, as it does not produce a sufficient amount of cold vapor. Do not allow water to flow into the fan nozzle (5.)!
5. Pour distilled water into the water tank up to the circular horizontal line. Do not overfill the water tank, as it does not produce a sufficient amount of cold vapor. Do not allow water to flow into the fan nozzle (6.)!
6. Replace the plastic cover (2).
7. Connect the USB connector to a to a standard 5 V DC / minimum 800 mA capacity USB socket.
8. The unit is ready for use.

CLEANING

If hard water is used, over time limescale will be deposited in the water tank and in the parts in contact with the water. The limescale deposited on the oscillator inhibits normal operation. We recommend that

1. Use distilled water.
2. Clean the water tank and oscillator weekly.
3. Frequently change the water.
4. If it is not used for a long time, clean the entire appliance and store it dry.

Cleaning the water tank and the oscillator, descaling

1. Turn off the humidifier, then disconnect it from the power supply by unplugging the connection plug.
2. Pour out the distilled water from the water tank.
3. Dissolve 1 coffee spoon citric acid in 1 dl warm water (max 60 °C).
4. Pour this solution into the water tank of the appliance and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
5. Pour the solution out of the appliance and rinse with clean, cold water.

DISPOSAL

Waste equipment must be collected and disposed separately from household waste because it may contain components hazardous to the environment or health. Used or waste equipment may be dropped off free of charge at the point of sale, or at any distributor which sells equipment of identical nature and function. Dispose of product at a facility specializing in the collection of electronic waste. By doing so, you will protect the environment as well as the health of others and yourself. If you have any questions, contact the local waste management organization. We shall undertake the tasks pertinent to the manufacturer as prescribed in the relevant regulations and shall bear any associated costs arising.

FUNCTIONS

Lighting
If the appliance is switched off or in humidifier mode press the lighting button (lower), then the built-in LED light starts continuous, slow color changing. If you press the button again, it captures the current color. By pressing the third button the lighting turns off.

HUMIDIFYING

Press the upper button once, the unit starts to humidify. By pressing the button for the second time, the unit turns off completely along with the lighting.

FILLING THE WATER TANK

Attention! Before charging the water tank, do disposal of the appliance by unplugging the USB connection plug. Fill the water tank in accordance with section 3-6 of the Installation section.
Excessive cold or hot water will block the formation of vapor and may damage the appliance.

EMPTYING THE WATER TANK

Attention! Power off the appliance before emptying the water tank.
The water can only be poured out on the side of the oscillator (7), as no water can flow into the fan nozzle (5)!
