- Underexposure or overexposure? Check if the shutter, iris, and sensitivity (1SO) of the camera is too close to the flash limit, or if the exposure compensation, exposure bracketing and other flash-related settings are correct.
- Is there a dark corner in the picture or the photograph can only be lightened locally? Please check the current focal length covered by the transmitter and whether the lens focal length exceeds the coverage area of the flash.
- Transmitter state is abnormal? Please turn off the transmitter and the camera power, install the transmitter properly on the hot shoe, and then turn on the transmitter and camera power. If it is still abnormal, please replace with new battery pack and try again.
- If function exception, certain function failure, or poor contact due to hot shoes loosening in the course of use. you can remove the transmitter, reinstall the batteries and then restart the unit.
- Can’t turn on after installing the batteries? Check if the batteries are installed properly, if the battery power is sufficient, and if old and new batteries or batteries of different brands are mixed. If yes, install the batteries in the correct way. Note: Take out the batteries if the unit won’t be used for a long time.
