Tonor is one of the experts in audio equipment. It aims at providing products that record and transmit clear sound, is easy to use, and are budget-friendly. bThe TW-820 wireless comes with 15 adjustable frequencies per UHF microphone. Each of the microphone has a transmission range of 60m. The system can handle up to 15 sets simultaneously. The receiver and the mics aren’t compatible with laptops, cellphones, iPads, and AV receivers. Both the microphones are battery operated and require 2 x AA batteries to operate. This system is perfect to be used for small events. The receiver system features an LCD screen that displays the frequency levels and the battery status as well as the channel and the signal strength.

OPERATING ENVIRONMENTS & NOTES

  • When using this device, keep it away from water.
  • Use the device in a ventilated environment, and keep it away from fire.
  • Since it’s a wireless device, please keep it away from other interfering sources.
  • Don’t take apart the device.
  • Please use the standard power supply, high voltage may damage the device. Please place the used batteries into the recycle bin, don’t litter them.

MICROPHONE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

As shown in the above pictures:

  1. Display Screen

Install 2 AA batteries before using the wireless microphone and installing instruction is as follows:

  1. Takedown the tail tube of the mic;
  2. Install the batteries and tighten the tail tube of mic.

Note: The positive and negative polarity of the battery cannot be reversed.

Instruction:

  1. Press button 2 for 2s to turn it on/off;
  2. Press the HI-LO button@, then the frequency on the screen will be changed.

RECEIVER INSTRUCTION

  1. Receiving antenna
  2. Power switch (long press for 2s to turn it on/off)
  3. Volume adjusting button for microphone A

  5. Volume adjusting button for microphone B

Before using the device, take out the wireless receiver from the package, and connect the following cables: firstly, use the 6.35 audio cable to connect the receiver’s MIX port and other audio devices (speaker, amplifier, mixer, etc.). Secondly, erect the antenna, and connect the power cable. Thirdly, check if microphone is connected to the receiver successfully after turning on the device.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I use it in a small theater? The maximum distance of the small theater is about 70ft?
    Yes, you can use the microphone as it has a maximum distance of up to 300ft.

  • Can I connect the receiver to a Bluetooth speaker using an Aux cable?
    It can only be connected using the mic input.

  • Does it require batteries? If yes, how long will the batteries last?
    Yes, it requires batteries. Both the microphones require 2 AA batteries which are included and a common AA battery can last up to 8 hours.

  • Can it be connected to the Sensation karaoke machine?
    Yes, it can be connected to the machine if it has 6.35mm microphone jack.

  • Can it be connected to the TV?
    Yes, it can be connected to Tv but not directly. You will require an amplifier or DVD with a mic jack which can then be connected to the receiver.

  • Can I connect this directly to a speaker?
    Yes, only if the speaker has a built-in amplifier.

  • Do I need a license to use these mics at home in MYC? (frequency)
    No, you don’t require a license to use this microphone as it complies with the FCC laws, which permit you to use microphones in the frequency range of 902-928MHz.

  • What are the dimensions of the microphone itself and the grill cover dimensions and thread size and pitch?
    It has a diameter of 3.5cm and a length of 24 cm.

  • What is the range of the TW-820?
    It has a long-range of about 60m or 200 ft.

  • Can I connect with Bluetooth speakers?
    Yes, if your Bluetooth speakers have a mic input hole.
