Getting started

Open the battery compartment cover (16) and insert 2 AAA batteries according to the correct polarity. Close the cover.

Weather

Temperature/humidity

  •  The thermohygrometer can switch the temperature units between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Press the °C/°F button (10) to change the temperature units.
  • When the temperature and humidity values are outside the operating range, the LCD displays the “LL” symbol (value below the operating range) or the “HH” symbol (value above the operating range).

02 The temperature and humidity trend indicator shows the trends for the forthcoming few minutes. Arrows indicate a rising, steady or falling trend.
Backlight setting
Press the backlight button (11) to turn on the backlight. To turn it off, press the button once again. The backlight lasts 15 s.
History record
Press the ALL TIME/24 HRs button (12) to display the MAX./MIN. temperature and humidity recordings for all time periods or the last 24 hours.
Low battery indicator
If the low battery indicator is displayed, immediately change the batteries.

Battery safety instructions

Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use. Always replace the whole set of batteries at one time; taking care not to mix old and new ones, or batteries of different types. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Make sure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and –). Remove batteries from equipment that is not to be used for an extended period of time. Remove used batteries promptly. Never short-circuit batteries as this may lead to high temperatures, leakage, or explosion. Never heat batteries in order to revive them. Do not disassemble batteries. Remember to switch off devices after use. Keep batteries out of the reach of children, to avoid risk of ingestion, suffocation, or poisoning. Utilize used batteries as prescribed by your country’s laws.
