The use of the two-way, bass-reflex active soundbox is primarily recommended for hobby and party entertainment purposes. Its built-in battery allows you to operate it without voltage. With the help of a 3,5 mm diameter AUX and a 6,3 mm diameter microphone input, external devices, such as mobile phone, computers, CD/DVD player, recorder, microphone… can be directly connected. Besides the speakers, the unit includes a built-in amplifier and USB/MP3/FM/BT multimedia player. Its accessories are a power charger and a remote control.
POWER SUPPLY, CHARGING THE ACCUMULATOR
The sound box can be operated from the built-in battery. The battery must be
fully charged before first use. Connect the supplied power adapter to the
sound box (CHARGE DC 5 V microUSB socket), then to power network and leave the
sound box switched off. During charging the red LED is lighting. Stop charging
by removing the adapter, if the red LED goes out or at the latest after 4
hours. In case of fully discharged battery, the charging time is approximately
3-3,5 hours. This provides approx. 10 hours of operation from the internal
battery at medium volume. This depends on the set volume, the selected mode
and the ambient temperature. It can also be charged during operation, but this
increases charging time.
- Can only be connected to the adapter supplied with it! If it is less than in the factory accessory 5 V/2 A, e.g. it is connected to a mobile phone charger, it can be damaged!
- After charging and/or ending use, unplug the adapter from the mains and the device! Keep it connected after full charging only if the device is in continuous operation. Charging can cause noise in the loudspeakers. When the machine is switched off, the automatic battery charger operates. Remove the adapter from the network after charging is complete!
- For sake of extended battery life, keep the battery in charged status even when it is out of use!
- The used battery is closed, Li-ion type. It does not require maintenance. At the end of its lifetime, it can be replaced by a specialist after removing the control panel. The cover is fixed with screws.
INSTALLATION
All connections should be done when the system is powered off! The soundbox and the device to be connected are also should be in a switched-off state! Make sure that that the wiring and polarity of the connectors are correct. Keep the microphone cable and audio cable away from the power cord! You have to connect the power adapter firstly to the soundbox, then to the power socket. The VOLUME volume control should be in minimum position. After this, on the switched-on soundbox (keep the POWER button pressed for 2 seconds) carefully start increasing the volume el. Set the VOLUME control to a minimum position before every switch on and off, so that no no possibly occurred noise impact can damage the speakers. To switch off, press and hold the power button.
VOLUME-CONTROL AND FUNCTION CHANGE
Volume control can be performed by using the VOLUME rotary knob or with the
remote control’s VOL+/VOL- button. After switching on, the wireless BT
function activates. If a device have already been paired to it – and it is
nearby – then the connection is automatical. The function you want to operate
can be selected by pressing the INPUT button (or MODE in the remote control):
BT – USB – LINE – FM – BT… Available multimedia functions: wireless BT
connectivity, USB MP3 player, FM radio, using external microphone (option),
external device connection (AUX – LINE IN socket). MAXIMUM VOLUME Every
speaker must be eased into working before proper usage. In the first 30-50
operation hours it should only run at 50% capacity! At higher volume levels –
in some cases – there may be distorted, low-quality sound. This can be caused
by the too large input signal. To avoid this, reduce the signal level of the
particular external equipment or if necessary the main volume (VOLUME). The
system’s maximum volume is that which can still hear without distortions.
- By further increasing the volume, there is no increase in output power, or even the distortion of the system increases! This is harmful to the loudspeaker and may cause malfunction!
- If you are connecting a microphone, place it as far away from the audio box as possible to eliminate the noise! Do not point the sound box towards the microphone, because the noise damages the loudspeakers! When using a microphone, gently increase the volume and, if you experience noise, immediately turn the control back and replace the soundbox into another position if necessary.
WIRELESS BT CONNECTION
The device can be paired to other devices with BT protocol within a range of
up to 10 meters. After that, you can listen to music played on mobile phone,
tablet, notebook and other similar devices hands-free. Select with the INPUT
or MODE button the BT function, the display shows BLUE text. Search for the
devices nearby which has wireless BT connection, including this speaker in the
way it is written in the instruction manual of the device to be paired.

sounds. Next, the desired program can be heard from the speaker. Using the
playback device player (e.g. a mobile phone) generally can be controlled by
briefly pressing the buttons.
- In case of older, BT2.0 devices, you may need to enter a password when connecting: “0000”
- One loudspeaker can be paired with one BT device simultaneously.
- After switching on, it will automatically re-connect to the previously paired and properly connected device if it is switched on nearby.
- If wireless connection is interrupted, if necessary, keep pressing the INPUT button, until it’s back to BT function, and pairing mode activates again.
- When a phone call is received on the connected mobile phone while listening to music, music playback pauses. After the conversation, start the continuation of playing on the phone.
- Due to the unique features of the external device, occasionally BT function may work limited.
- The actual range depends on the other device and the ambient conditions. (e.g. walls, human bodies, other electrical devices, movement …)
- Abnormal operation, noise can be caused by the electrical appliances nearby, this does not indicate a malfunction of the device!
- If you listen to it also during charging, occasionally network noise may occur in the speakers.
- Abnormal operation may be caused by the specific features of the external device, which does not indicate a malfunction of the device! Occasionally, the BT function may operate limited due to the specific features of the external device.
