Please read this user manual carefully to ensure correct installation and safe
operation.
Our Tonneau hard folding cover uses aircraft-grade alloy aluminum material to
provide a strong protection. It will prevent the truck bed from weather
exposure and reduce the risk of theft. The Tri-Fold/Quad-Fold design allows
easy installation and usage.

Before Installation
WARNING
- Please follow all installation guides provided with this user manual.
- Please wear gloves for package opening and cover installation.
- DO NOT install the product if any of the component is missing, damaged or broken.
- Keep this product away from children.
CAUTION
- Only install the product when vehicle is stationary and on level ground.
- Remove unnecessary items on truck bed and/or attached to side rail during installation.
- Before folding and unfolding the panels, make sure the components are secured and remove all other items including any packages, tape, etc.
After Installation
WARNING
- DO NOT drive with tailgate completely or partially open. Tonneau cover MUST be in either completely closed or opened position when vehicle is in movement.
- In closed position, shut the tailgate before rear panel is closed. All panels MUST be flat and all latches MUST be securely engaged to tonneau side rail.
- In opened position, all latching handles MUST be secured before folding the panel. Secure buckle clips by inserting them into the buckle ends located on panel header.
- Whenever the latches are not attached to truck bed side rail, they MUST be secured in the slots on the panel (see figure on the right for correct storage)
CAUTION
- Before folding the panels, remove all other items including ice, snow, leaves, branches, etc.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
These items will need to be installed manually.
1. There are 3 Factory Bolts under the truck rail of each side. Unscrew the
Factory Bolts that exist on the truck bed.
(Need T30 head to remove the Factory Bolts)
2. Screw the lower clamp on the truck bed with Factory-Bolt(which is unscrewed in Step 1).
3. Please align the Buckle Mounts according to the holes position in the
front bar of tonneau cover, Fasten the screws with the hex key.
Place the tonneau cover on top of the truck bulkhead.
5. Carefully refold the cover without moving position on the truck bed.
6. On the first panel, use these items to assemble two front clamps (insert Alu Buckles and Knob through pre-installed T Bolt)
Slide them towards the side trail and tighten on both ends
Before unfolding the second panel, insert the handles into the pre-installed T bolts
Slide the handles towards the truck bed rail Push down and secure the clamps on both ends
All clamps must contact with the METAL BED RAIL LIP tightly for securing the cover
(If Applicable) Before unfolding the last panel, insert the handles into the pre-installed T bolts
Fold down the last panel
Push down and secure the clamps on both ends
Optional Accessories:
For avoiding any wrong usage,we provide R security pin for dual security for
last two handles, please read the pin manual.
(If Applicable) Fold down the last panel, then slide the handles towards the truck bed rail
ATTENTION
SPECIAL CONDITION
If your truck bed covered with long plastic protection on the metal bed rail, pls cut the plastic off, so the clamp can contact and lock on the metal bed rail lip. For the safety usage, please do the same way for the all lock positions if meet same condition. PIs noted that only Lock on the plastic may loosen the clamp handle, and cause the tonneau cover open during driving.
COMPLETION
MAINTENANCE
We uses durable material to build the Tonneau Hard Folding Cover, some simple
maintenance is enough to keep the cover’s performance and extend its lifespan.
Check Bolts Engagement
We recommends the user to check the cover is securely attached to the truck bed from time to time. Look for any loose bolts due to road vibrations, cargo contact, etc. Make sure all mount points of the cover are properly attached.
Inspect the Handles
We recommends the user to periodically check the handles on each panel. Remove any dirt or dust from the handle and side rail to allow the component to work without unnecessary resistance. Lubricate the handles from time to time so the handles can move freely during engaging and disengaging.
Clean the Surface
Use a sponge or soft cloth with water and soap to gently remove any dust or dirt off the surface.
