OPENING & SETTING UP

Swing main supports A & B open

Lock out the V Frame by pressing the central point as indicated

Swing round end panels and secure all clasps Secure all clasps on both ends by hooking them over the latches.
You should have a stable structure that looks like this.
USING CHARCOAL
Secure both side panels into the main frame using the notches. Place the ash tray on the shelf. Drop in the loose charcoal and light. For bigger pieces of meat use more charcoal.
USING LARGE INSTANT CARTRIDGE
Remove side panels and slot in the large instant BBQ cartridge and then ignite.
IMPORTANT
Please make sure you follow all instructions provide on the Instant BBQ by the
manufacturer.
Once the spit rod has been slotted into the motorplace the other end in
section ‘B’.
SPIT ROD
Please make sure that section ‘A’ is slotted into section ‘B’ so the rod
rotates smoothly
USING THE COOKING PAN AND GRILL PLATE
Once you have lit the BBQ, let the coals heat up to cooking temp. Use the
handles provided to place the cooking grill carefully on the top of the Uber-Q
main frame. Once cooked the whole grill can be transferred to a heat resistant
surface for everyone to enjoy together.

USING THE KEBAB ACCESSORY
Please follow the image above. Once the two discs have been secured onto the spit rod using the wing bolts provided, slide the pointed end of one of the skewers into the larger hole at one end, shown above at point ‘A’ Place the other end of the skewer into the grove shown at point ‘B’. Push the skewers hooked end into the smaller hole at point ‘C’ This will secure the skewers and allow for easy pull release once your food is cooked. Please repeat this five more times to complete all the positioning of the 6 skewers.
USING THE ROTISSERIE
Lose charcoal is recommended
The Motor requires 2 x D batteries (not supplied)
IMPORTANT;
Max load 6KG
Make sure the meat is placed centrally on the spit forks and rod. This will
put less strain on the motor.
