- WARNING: This electrical appliance contains a heating function. All surfaces can develop high temperatures. Since temperatures are differently perceived by different persons, use this appliance with CAUTION.
- This appliance is made for household use only.
- Do not use this appliance outdoors.
- Do not directly touch the hot surfaces of this appliance. If handling, use heat protection (for example, gloves) and grip the handle.
- Ensure the appliance, power cord and plug do not come into contact with water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate the appliance or touch the power cord or plug with wet hands.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a flat, stable heat-resistant and splash-proof surface where it cannot fall.
- Ensure the power cable does not hang down from the appliance.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Before cleaning and when not in use, ensure the power cord is unplugged.

- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
- Allow the heated surfaces to sufficiently cool after use before touching.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all packaging materials.

Place the appliance on a flat, stable, heat-resistant, and splashproof surface where it cannot fall, close to a 220–240V wall outlet. Lift the handle to open the appliance.

Wipe the grill plates with a damp cloth to remove any debris or dust that may have occurred during transportation.

Wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth.
Note:
Do not immerse the appliance, or power cord, and plug, it into water or any other liquid. -
Close the appliance. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet, press the power button, and allow the appliance to pre-heat and dry for 5 minutes.

Press the power button to turn off the appliance. The appliance will now be ready for use.
OPERATION
Ensure the appliance is placed on a flat, stable, heat-resistant and splashproof surface where it cannot fall, close to a 220–240V wall outlet.

Turn the wall outlet on. Press the power button.

The default cooking temperature on this appliance is 140°C. Press the increase and decrease adjustment buttons to adjust to the desired temperature (140–230°C).

Wait for the appliance’s light to illuminate green. Lift the handle then place your food on the grill surface. Pull down the handle and ensure the top grill plate makes firm contact with your food. The food will begin cooking.

Press the time button, followed by the increase and decrease adjustment buttons to set the desired time.
Note:
The cooking time will depend on the type of food placed and your personal preference. -
Once set, the time will start counting down. Wait for the appliance to beep five times, then lift the handle and remove your food.
CLEANING & CARE
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and allow the appliance to cool completely.
- Clean the interior and exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

- Do not use strong detergents or scouring pads as they may scratch the non-stick coating.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug, into water or any other liquid.
