INSTALLATION
Unpack the components. Lead the wire hanging out from the aluminum pole trough the transparent plastic extension, then put the extension into the aluminum pole. Connect the corresponding red and black cables of the head section and aluminum pole. Put together the headpiece and the transparent plastic extension. Do not install on frozen or muddy ground. The unit’s effectiveness is greatly dependent on soil conditions as vibration travel faster in more compact soil. After selecting an appropriate site for the product, stick ii into the ground. Do not strike the product. If the soil is too hard, dig a small hole and place the product into it. Leave approximately 1 cm of the aluminum pole projecting out of the soil.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
In the event that the operating time should decrease significantly after years
of operation – even under consistent daytime sunlight conditions – the battery
might require replacement. The recommended battery model is size is a minimum
300 mAh capacity NiMH ,AA sized secondary battery.
After having removed the screws, remove the battery then insert a new one,
observing the polarity!
WARNINGS
- The battery should only be replaced by adults.
- The product is not a toy . Keep out of reach of children.
- In temperatures near freezing, the cold battery will not provide sufficient voltage for operation.
- The unit should be dismantled, cleaned and stored in a frost proof with the arrival of winter
