USE

The Watt data indicated in each case is the load capacity (not the volume) of the loudspeaker. This is the input power that may cause a malfunction depending on the input signal characteristics. The operating amplifier must be in accordance with the load capacity of the loudspeaker. Ideally, the loudspeaker load is at least double (+ 50 to 100%) of the output power of the amplifier. It is a principle that a loudspeaker should only be given the frequency band that can be sound. Voices with different frequencies can overload and cause malfunctions. This can be prevented by an integrated or external crossover. Do not use a less impedance loudspeaker than recommended in the amplifier’s documentation!

CONNECTIONS

Pay attention to the polarity specified for the correct connection. Always follow the wiring diagram of the amplifier! Perform this operation when the system is powered off. Keep the speaker wire away from power and other cables! Check the wiring for the first time before powering on the system. The connections should be stable and free of short-circuit, and volume controller should be in minimum position. The cross-section of the speaker wire must be selected depending on power and cable length, but it should be at least 2 x 0.75 mm2. Use the larger cross-section wire! Check the polarity on the product. Typically, the contact or wire with red color marking (in case of a terminal, the larger) is the positive polarity and black is the negative, but this may vary.

MAXIMUM VOLUME

All speakers have to be broken in prior to proper use. Operate only at 50 % load for the first 30-50 hours of operation! Features and sound quality that have been planned by the production will be realized only after that. At higher volume settings — in some cases — distorted, bad sound quality may be experienced. This can be caused by too low performance power amplifier, which increases distortion at higher volume. High performance amplifier can overload the poorly selected speaker. The maximum volume of the system is that which can be heard in high quality without distortion. Bad sound quality can be caused by excessive level or other characteristic of the input source being played! The small input audio signal entering the amplifier may cause excessive noise and too high signal distortion. For high-quality sound systems, use of equalizers is not recommended, they should be set to mid- position. If a given frequency is emphasized, a lower power amplifier may also pose a risk to the speaker. Keep in mind that the output power indicated on the amplifier is valid for deactivated equalizers. In high and / or low level equalizer position at a given frequency, the stress of the speaker can be multiple! Turn the equalizers off, especially the deep amplifier circuits! When the system is properly installed, their use is unnecessary and harmful. It is recommended to use a sub box to increase bass sound.

When turning the volume up beyond this point, output power will not increase, while the distortion level will grow! This is very harmful to the speakers and may lead to faults!

WARNINGS

  • Please read the instructions carefully before use, and keep it to have it available in the future!
  • Connecting and installing audio equipment requires professional knowledge and experience that are not covered in this manual. If necessary, consult a qualified person to avoid damaging the equipment. Proper installation and use are required for reliable operation.
  • Improper installation and irresponsible use will void the guarantee entail!
  • Poles of the speaker can not get in touch with each other or external metal surfaces or external wires!
  • Do not make any settings, over switching or cable connection during operation! Do not turn on the system at high volume! Noise impact occurring this time can ruin your speakers!
  • Turn off the device immediately if you detect any faults and contact a professional! Many abnormalities (no sound, bad odor, foreign objects in the device, etc.) are easy to detect. This prevents the speaker from fading.
  • In order to protect the audio system from external noise, lead the audio cables far from the mains power cables!
  • Do not expose the device to splashing water and do not place objects, filled with liquids e.g.: glass on it! Open source of flame, like lit candle cannot be placed onto the unit!
  • Protect it from dust, humidity, liquids, heat, dampness, frost, shock and direct thermal radiation or sunshine! Use and store only indoor, in dry circumstances!
  • Speakers contain magnets, so do not place such objects near them which are sensitive to magnetic field (e.g.: credit card, cassette, compass …)
  • Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning! Do not touch the membrane and rubber edge by hands! Do not use any detergents! Liquids should not get on the product!
  • Due to continuous improvements the design and specifications may change without any prior notice.
  • We don’t take the responsibility for printing errors and apologize if there’s any.

To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

Waste equipment must not be collected separately or disposed of with household waste because it may contain components hazardous to the environment or health. Used or waste equipment may be dropped off free of charge at the point of sale, or at any distributor which sells equipment of identical nature and function. Dispose of product at a facility specializing in the collection of electronic waste. By doing so, you will protect the environment as well as the health of others and yourself. If you have any questions, contact the local waste management organization. We shall undertake the tasks pertinent to the manufacturer as prescribed in the relevant regulations and shall bear any associated costs arising.
