Setup1 connection
The subwoo/er cannot be directly connected to the car radio, ft requires a
separate amplifier. This must be chosen in accordance with the load capacity
of the inbuilt loudspeaker. Under ideal
circumstances, the amplifier’s outgoing output is at least double the load
capacity of the loudspeaker. As a base rule, the amplifier should only allow
those low-frequency sounds towards the
sub who/er, which it can actually able to play. Setup the crossover of the
amplifier according to lo the parameters of the sub who/er. In case of a not
accurate set up the loudspeaker can be damaged! It
is forbidden to let a wide frequency range on lo the sub who/ert If necessary
use an external crossover! Depending on the equalizer settings even an
amplifier with a lower output can be
dangerous to the loudspeaker. Tum off the equalizer especially the circuits
responsible for the deep sounds! In the case of a properly built sound system,
their use is not necessary and can cause hann.
The connection can be made by using the clip-on socket located on the sound
cabinet after turning off the amplifier. The red color indicates positive
polarity. Make sure the connection is made
according to the gr, en polarity. Always follow the wiring diagram included
with the amplifier. Recommended cable diameter is 2 x 0,75 mm’. Before first
putting the system under voltage, check if
the connection is correct. The connections should be stable and have no short
circuit and the volume control should be in its minimum position. After
turning it on slowly start raising the volume
Maximum volume
Every speaker must be eased into working before proper usage. In the first 30-50 operation hours it should only run at 50% capacity! In certain cases, there can be distorted, or lower-quality sound. This can be caused by a too low output amplifier, which makes the distortion worse with higher volume settings. If the amplifier’s output is too high, it can overload the poorly chosen speaker. The system’s maximum volume is that which can still be heard without distortions. By further increasing the volume the outgoing output will not increase, but the system’s distortion will grow! This is harmful to the speakers, and can lead to their malfunction!
Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth and brush for regular cleaning. With a slightly moist
cloth clean the plastic parts of the device. Do not use aggressive cleaners!
DO not let liquids come into contact with the inside of the device, or tts
connectors!

- Place tt safety-and if the necessary fix-the device in the trunk of the cart Check so moving objects (e.g.: luggage) do not come into contact with the subwoofer! The subwoofer can be easily damaged, do not much the subwoofers cone, or rubber edge with a hand or tools!
- Improper installation or usage can lead to the termination of the warranty.
- Make sure the connections are correct! Improper connection can lead to a malfunction. The poles of the speaker cannot touch each other or the grounding of the car (its negative potential)!
- Immediately shut down the device, if you notice any menu, and contact a specialist! Many irregularities (no sound, bad odor, smoke, foreign object in the device) can be noticed easily.
- Protect from dust, humidity, liquids, heat, frost, and shock, and from direct heat or sunshine!
- Protect it from splashing water, and do not place objects filled with liquids e.g.: cups on top of it!
- Open flame sources, like a burning candle, cannot be placed on be device!
- Do not take tt apar\ or modify the device, because it can cause fire, accident, or electric shock!
- Do not do cable connecting when the device is operational Never shut down the system when the volume is fulfytumec up! The usually heard cracking or other sound waves can immediately ruin the speaker.
- In order To protect the audio system from external noises, keep the audio cables separately from power-or other cables!
- The speakers contain magnets, so do not place items near them that are susceptible to them (e.g.: credit card, cassette tape, compass … ).
- Because of continuous development, technical data and design can change without prior notice.
- We do not take responsibility for any printing ensures, and are sony if any occurs.
Troubleshooting
Upon noticing any ensure tum off the amplifier Later 1ry tuminq ii back on. If the problem persists, look through the following notes. This guide can help in identifying the problem if the device is connected correctly beside tt. If necessary contact a specialist! The Sound cabinet has no sound
-
The amplifier is not turned on.
-
Check the condition of the amplifiers and their functionality.
-
The speaker is not correctly connected to the amplifier.
-
Check the polarity of the connection cable, if it’s not torn or short-circuited and if it is connected correctly.
Volume or sound quality is not appropriate -
The speaker is not correctly connected to the amplifier.
-
Check the connection cables’ polarity, if Ws not torn or short-circuited and if it is connected correctly.
Distorted, bad sound -
The output of the amplifier is too high for the speaker’s load capacity.
-
Check the amplifiers data table. In ideal circumstances, the load capacity of the speaker is twice as much as the output of the amplifier. Lower the volume!
-
The signal source connected In the process of the amplifier gives Ina strong signal or is in itself bad quality.
-
Check the signal sources quality and the height of the signal
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen to high volume levels for
long periods.
