Earbuds Wearing and Bluetooth Connection
5.1 Wear earbuds
- Take earbuds from the charging case, and refer to “L” and “R” on earbuds to wear them on left/right ear respectively.
- Please try different ear tips (large/medium/small) for your own comfortability.
- Press the earphone gently into the auricle to ensure better sound effect.
5.2 Bluetooth connection

Auto power on The earbuds will be automatically turned on the moment they are taken out from the charging case. And you will hear voice prompts as below:
Right: a) Power on
b) Du (indicating that left and right earbuds are connected)
Left: a) Power on
b) Du (indicating that left and right earbuds are connected) -
Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device Go to settings→Go to Bluetooth→Turn on Bluetooth→Scan for Bluetooth devices→Select “TWS-T04S”(Voice prompt “connected”)
5.3 How to pair with another Bluetooth device
- Unpair earbuds from the currently paired devices.
- Follow the same pairing guideline with another device.
Music Playback
- Open the music app on your mobile when paired.
- Touch either earbud twice to play/pause music.
- Touch the left earbud three times to switch to the previous track, and the right earbud three times to the next track.
Answer call
- When you receive an incoming call, touch(or long-press)either earbud once to answer an incoming call.
- Touch either earbud twice during a phone call to hang up.
Charging
Charging case
Fully charged case can provide charges to earbuds.

Insert the Micro USB end of the cable into the Micro USB charging port on the charging case.

Insert the USB A end of the cable into a charger for power.
Earbuds
Fully charged earbuds can provide up to 8 hours of music time.
- The red LED indicator will blink when the earbud battery power is low.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case to get charged.
- Take out the earbuds from the charging case when fully charged, and they will auto-connect to each other.
Troubleshooting

The Bluetooth device cannot be found on mobile phones.
a) Check whether left and right earbuds are paired successfully;
b) If earbuds are still unable to pair with a Bluetooth device, please place earbuds into the charging case and take them out again, during which process Bluetooth earbuds will restart simultaneously. -
Earbuds are frequently disconnected from Bluetooth devices after their connection.
a) Earbud’s battery power is insufficient. Please charge the earbuds as soon as possible.
b) The distance between Bluetooth devices and earbuds has exceeded the effective range. -
Do I need to search for Bluetooth earbuds and connect them to my Bluetooth device each time for use?
No, you needn’t. Once paired, earbuds will automatically connect to the previously connected device. -
Do I need to turn on and turn off earbuds manually before and after use?
No, you needn’t. Earbuds will be auto-on when they are taken out from the charging case, and be auto off & start charging when they are put into the charging case. -
If earbuds are taken out from the charging case and not used for a long time, will earbuds stay on till the battery is drained then off? No, earbuds will turn off automatically in 5 minutes when they are not in use.
