Polycarbonate Roof

CAUTION: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct
flames. The product is FLAMMABLE.
Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing
the enclosure. The installation is best done when the ambient temperature is
70°F or warmer. If installed in cold weather, warming the adhesive Velcro
strips before installation is recommended.
- Carefully open the carton and remove the protective masking on a large flat surface that is clean and free of dirt or other material that may soil or scratch roof.
- Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
1 ½” wide Adhesive Padding
1 ¼” SS Bolts
Lock Nuts
Large SS Washers
Large Rubber Washers
Small SS Washers| 1 each

a. Begin installation by installing the adhesive padding around the sides and
front of the vehicle. Make sure you don’t cover the holes in the frame in the
front corners
The padding goas on top of the bars as shown in the photo on the next page:
b. Now remove all the protective film from the roof and place the front
section on the vehicle
- Now take the bolts and washers and put them in the top and through the holes in the frame that they line up with.
- Now you are ready to take it out and enjoy. To clean the roof, always clean using a liquid of some sort to decrease the chance of scratches. We recommend using microfiber
cloths that are readily available at any dollar store. Any window cleaner will work fine; just remember to use a soft clean rag or micro-fiber cloth to clean it.
