FALCON RIDGE Kawasaki Teryx 750 Full Soft Cab Enclosure Instruction Manual
Instruction:
CAUTION: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct
flames. Product is FLAMMABLE.
Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing
the enclosure. The installation is best done when the temperature is 70°F or
warmer. If installed outside and in the cold weather, warming the adhesive
Velcro strips inside just before installation is recommended.
-
Carefully open the carton and unroll the enclosure onto a large flat surface that is clean and free of dirt or other material that may soil or scratch the vinyl windows.
-
It will help to raise the bed and remove the seats prior to installing the cab enclosure.
-
Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
Velcro hook strips: 4 each: 10” long
Velcro hook strips: 2 each: 12” long
Velcro hook strips: 2 each: 15” long
Velcro hook strips: 1 each: 45” long
Snap studs: 13 each (1 extra)
Cab enclosure: 1 each -
Before installing cab, take the 45” adhesive Velcro strip and attach it across the hood approximately 5” from the top edge of the hood as shown in fig. A. Next install the two 10” strips on the chassis behind the seats as shown in fig. B. Clean the areas with rubbing alcohol; let dry and then apply the adhesive Velcro strip.

Thenext step is to apply the two 12” adhesive Velcro strips onto both sides of the roll cage. Clean the area with rubbing alcohol and apply three inches below the seat belt mount as shown in fig. C. Apply the two 15” adhesive strips to the upper tubes on both sides as shown in fig. D. See also fig. H at the end of these instructions.

After attaching Velcro, loosely drape the cab enclosure over the roll cage. Pull down on the back and front then lift the top and pull the 15” Velcro tab over and attach to the adhesive strip in fig. D. While pulling down on the backside of the door pull the 12” Velcro tab around and attach to the adhesive strip in fig. C. You may have to adjust the tabs so that the rear panel is centered or the door zippers may be difficult to close.
-
Next reach in and pull the bottom of the rear panel down to attach to the two 10” adhesive strips pictured in fig. B. You may now reinstall the seats.
-
Now move to the front of the enclosure and install two adhesive Velcro strips on either side of the windshield. Pull the sides of the windshield down and mark the position of the strips. Pull back the windshield and place the 10” adhesive strip at the top and the 15” strip below that. Now pull the windshield tight and connect the Velcro tab to the adhesive strips. You may have to detach and adjust windshield to center or door zippers may be difficult to close.
-
Next, pull down on the bottom of the windshield and attach to the 45” adhesive strip pictured in fig. A. Then take the vent panel and place in the middle of the windshield as shown in fig. F below. When installing vent panel begin by attaching across top then pull down and attach in the middle then work your way side to side attaching to the Velcro on the hood.

Pull down on the bottom of the doors and mark the locations for the snaps. The front of the door goes inside the foot well as shown in fig. G. Screw the snaps into the plastic where previously marked and snap the doors on. If using a drill/driver to install snap studs, work slowly and use a lighter clutch setting so as to not overtighten and strip out the hole.
-
To open and stow the doors, move the zipper fully rearward and fold the bottom portion of the doors up. Then begin to form a vertical roll with the door by rolling it inward from the front edge toward the rear of the door. Secure in place using the two hook and loop straps provided. Try to form a roll approximately 2” in diameter to assure that the door will not stick out very far while stowed.
Cleaning and Storage Recommendations:
-
Before removing the enclosure for storage, make sure it is clean and dry, to prevent soiling the textile and scratching the clear vinyl windows. Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Let the enclosure dry thoroughly before attempting to roll for storage.

It is important that the enclosure be rolled up for storage rather than folding. Folding will cause undesirable creasing of both the enclosure textile and the clear vinyl windows.
Carefully roll up the enclosure similar to the way it was when it was packed at the factory. Put the rolled enclosure back into the carton for storage at a normal room temperature. It is best not to expose the enclosure to either extreme hot or cold temperatures when storing. -
A special cleaner/conditioner is available from Over Armour that will greatly increase the service life of the cab enclosure. If needed, additional hook and loop sets are available, as well as other spare parts and hardware. Contact Over Armour for information.
-
Transporting or trailering your UTV with the enclosure installed is not generally recommended. It is best to remove the enclosure before transporting your UTV.
