Safety and Points for Attention
Installation
-
It shall be installed in a place without violent vibration and impact and placed vertically to facilitate ventilation. It shall be installed on non-combustible materials such as metal, or there is a risk of fire.

Use only on the mains with fault current circuit breaker.
Maintenance -
It is recommended that routine safety inspection on the charger to be conducted at least once a week.

Please do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the charger by yourself. If there is a need for maintenance or modification, please contact certified Electricians/Installers. Improper operation may cause damage to the equipment.

Do not put inflammable, explosive, or combustible materials, chemicals, combustible steam, and other dangerous goods near the charging station, otherwise, there is a risk of fire.

Please keep the charging adapter clean and dry and wipe with a clean, dry cloth if soiled. Do not touch the charging station with your hand when charged.
Operation -
Strictly forbidden for Children or persons of restricted capacity to approach the charging device to avoid injury.

Forced charging is strictly forbidden when the electric vehicle fails.

An electric vehicle can only be charged with the engine is off and stationary. Do not charge in rainy and thunderous weather.

It is strictly prohibited to use the charger when the charging adapter or charging cables are defective, cracked, worn, broken or the charging cables is exposed. If you find any, please contact the supplier in time.

In case of rain or thunder, please charge with care.

DO not charge if the power outlet is damaged, rusted, cracked or loosely connected.

Before charging, make sure the power plug and outlet are compatible.

The Green Power LED indicator is always on when the battery is fully charged.

DO not use the device in extreme temperatures outside the normal operating range.

The product must be grounded.

DO not use this unit with an extension cord or adapter.

DO not insert any fingers into the charging plug.

If the unit does not work properly in accordance with the operating instructions, do not use this unit. Contact your dealer for a repair or replacement.

DO not contact metal conductors to prevent electric shock accidents.

How to adjust the max current rating
The current adjustment is in the step of 8A,10A, 13A, 16A. Please touch the button “A” on the portable charger to adjust the max. current rating to set an upper limitation with the following steps:

Power on the device with Schuko AC connected.
It would boot up and wait for connection by showing two green indicator light- on. Then you can press the “A” button to adjust the max current rating. -
After adjustment, you can double-check the current rating on the display screen. Then you can plug the charger to your EV to start the charging
The control box can only be touch-switched when it is waiting for a
connection.
During the charging process, or when the charging is completed or at the event
of failure/error, the touch-switch operation is invalid.
Memory function: The max current setting is stored in the memory of the device
even after power-off.
| While waiting for charging, POWER LED and CHARGER
LED light up green at the same time, you can press “A” to adjust the current.

****| During normal charging, the POWER LED is always on and CHARGER LED is
blinking, you cannot press “A” to adjust the current during this process.
| After the charging is completed, POWER LED is always on while CHARGER LED is OFF. When the charging plug and the vehicle charging socket are still connected, please do not press “A” to adjust the current.

Please check the power cable is without any damage before powering up.

Plug the AC Schuko plug to the wall socket.

Make sure that the power outlet complies with national standards and that the socket can support max 16A.
(For long-term usage with Schuko connection, it is recommended to set max current on the charger at 13A) -
Plug the Charging adapter into the socket of your electric vehicle.

Make sure that the vehicle connector is fully inserted until it clicks into place.

The charger works automatically, the power lights on and the Charger starts to flash.
When the charging process is complete:
- Disconnect the AC power cord.
- Disconnect the charging cable from the electric vehicle.
- Cover the charging plug with its protective cover
