Instructions for Installation and Care of Mule 610 Windshield/Top Combo

CAUTION: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames.
Product is FLAMMABLE.
Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing
the enclosure. The installation is best done when the temperature is 70°F or
warmer.

Carefully open the carton and unroll the enclosure on a large flat surface that is clean and free of dirt or other material that may soil or scratch the windows.

Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
Velcro hook strips 6 each 8” long
Velcro hook strips 1 each 10” long
Velcro hook strips 2 each 6” long -
Loosely drape the enclosure over the roll cage. Slide the front nose under and around the front of the hood. Place the 10” adhesive Velcro strip in the middle under the hood so that
it matches with the Velcro on the nose of the enclosure. Clean the area with Isopropyl alcohol before applying the Velcro hook strip. Then attach the Cab to the strip under the hood as shown in photo below: -
Working your way to the rear of the roll cage, pull the rear corners down to determine the correct positions to apply the 6” adhesive Velcro strips around the roll bars. The photos
below show the correct way to attach the double-sided Velcro.

Clean the surface of the roll cage tube. Note the position of the Velcro strips down along the sides of the front window and install three 8” adhesive Velcro strips lengthwise down the left front of the roll cage, on the outboard sides of the steel tube. Attach the left side of the enclosure. Repeat these steps for the right side, but pull the window tightly toward the right to minimize waviness or wrinkles in the front window then attach.
Cleaning and Storage Recommendations:
- Before removing the product for storage, make sure it is clean and dry, to prevent soiling the textile and scratching the clear vinyl rear window. Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Let the product dry thoroughly before attempting to roll for storage.
- It is important that the cab be rolled up for storage rather than folding. Folding will cause undesirable creasing of both the textile and the clear vinyl rear window. Carefully roll up the product similar to the way it was when it was packed at the factory. Put the rolled product back into the carton for storage at a normal room temperature. It is best not to expose the product to either extreme hot or cold temperatures when storing.
- A special cleaner/conditioner is available from Falcon Ridge that will greatly increase the service life of the product. If needed, additional hook and loop sets are available, as well as other spare parts and hardware. Contact Falcon Ridge for information.
- Transporting or trailering your UTV with the product installed is not generally recommended. It is best to remove the product before transporting your UTV.
