WARNING!
The air supply to the compressor must be disconnected if an air hose breaks or is damaged. A broken air hose is extremely dangerous and can rotate at great speed, causing injury to persons nearby and blowing foreign objects into the air. Do not attempt to catch the hose, evacuate all onlookers from the risk area, turn off the air supply, switch off the compressor with the ON/OFF switch and then remove the hose from the compressor.

Measured, Guaranteed

Always wear ear protection.
The declared values for vibration and noise, which have been measured by a standardized test method, can be used to compare different tools with each other and for a  preliminary assessment of exposure. The measurement values have been determined in accordance with EN 1012-1:2010.
WARNING!
The actual vibration and noise level when using tools may differ from the specified maximum value, depending on how the tool is used and the material. It is, therefore, necessary o determine which safety precautions are required to protect the user, based on an estimate of exposure in actual operating conditions (taking into account all stages f the work cycle, e.g. the time when the tool is switched off and when it is idling, in addition to the start- up time).

DESCRIPTION

The compressor compresses atmospheric air and charges an air tank with compressed air. The compressor motor is switched off automatically by a pressure switch when the maximum permitted pressure in the air tank is achieved. If the pressure switch is not working, or if for any other reason the pressure in the air tank gets too high, the pressure in the tanis relieved by a safety valve. The compressor is oil-free and is only intended for intermittent use. This means that it can only be used for purposes that consume a low volume of air, such as nailers and other small pneumatic tools, filling footballs and other sports equipment, toys, airbrush sprays, and other spray tools.
NOTE:
The compressor is not intended to be used to pump large objects such as pools or inflatable mattresses that require a run time of more than 120 seconds.

USE

  1. Check that the power switch (4) is in the OFF position.
  2. Plug the plug into an earthed power point.
  3. Connect the pneumatic tool to be used to the air outlet (8).
  4. Switch on the power switch (ON).
  5. Set the required working pressure with the pressure control knob (9).

After use
Never disconnect any pneumatic tools before first relieving the pressure in the air tank.

  1. Switch off the product and pull out the plug.
  2. Relieve the pressure in the air tank and then allow the product to cool.
  3. Disconnect the pneumatic tool and wind the cord on the cord retainers (6).

MAINTENANCE

Clean the product with a damp cloth. Use a mild detergent, not a solvent or caustic solution.
WARNING!

  • The safety valve should not be tampered with or blocked under any circumstances. Check the air tank for external or internal corrosion at least once a week. The wall thickness of the tank must under no circumstances be less than 2 mm.
  • Drain condensation from the air tank at regular intervals by opening the drain valve. Relieve the pressure in the air tank and allow the product to cool, before opening the drain valve.
  • If the product is not going to be used for some time pull out the plug, relieve the pressure in the air tank and empty the tank of condensation by opening the drain valve (11).
  • Do not use solvents, flammable or toxic liquids to clean the machine and its components. Only clean with a soft, damp cloth. Check that the plug has been unplugged from the PowerPoint.
  • Empty the condensate formed in the tank after about 2 hours of use. Activate the connected accessory to empty the tank. Switch off the compressor. Undo the emptying valve 5 under the compressor for two turns. The compressor should be in an upright position. Empty out the water and screw tight the valve.
  • If the condensate is not drained the tank can corrode, leading to reduced capacity and putting safety at risk.

IMPORTANT:
Dispose of condensate in accordance with local regulations for contaminants.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The compressor does not start or stop when in use.

  • Check that the plug is plugged in.
  • Check that the power point is supplied with voltage.
  • Check that the ambient temperature is not too low (the compressor is not intended to be used in an ambient temperature less than 5°C).
  • Check that the motor is not overheated so that the overheat protection has tripped. If this is the case, allow the compressor motor to cool and then start again.

The compressor starts but does not build up pressure.

  • Check that the drain valve is closed.
  • Check that all the connected hoses and pneumatic tools are tight.
