BATTERIES
The controller requires 2x AA batteries for Wireless operation. Alkaline or Rechargeable batteries can be used. Always use the same brand, chemistry, voltage, and size of battery. Mixing diferent batteries can result in battery leakage and sub-optimal controller performance.
NOTE: Rechargeable batteries cannot be charged in the controller.
CONNECTION MODES

SMART TV CONNECTIONS
Smart TV models and their apps support diferent connection methods. Some support both Wired USB and Bluetooth Wireless connections while others only support Wired USB. Read below for details on how to setup the controller for Wired USB, 2.4GHz Wireless (using the included USB Wireless Adapter) and Bluetooth® Wireless connections.
CONNECT USING 2.4GHz WIRELESS

  1. Set the Mode Switch on the back of the controller to 2.4G and plug the included USB Wireless Adapter into an available USB port on your compatible device.
  2. Power on the controller by pressing the home button.
  3. The controller pairs to the USB Wireless Adapter. The Status LED turns ON, not flashing.

CONNECT USING BLUETOOTH® WIRELESS

  1. Check your device supports Bluetooth® Wireless.
NOTE: It is recommended to remove the USB Wireless Adapter from any device as the controller automatically searches for this connection.

  2. Check the controller is OFF and set the Mode Switch on the back of the controller according to the device you plan to connect the controller to (either iOS, Android or PC).

  3. Press and hold the home button to power ON the controller and place it into pairing mode (the Status LED flashes quickly to indicate pairing mode).

  4. The controller is now discoverable as WIRELESS CONTROLLER on the device that supports Bluetooth®. Follow the instructions on the device to complete the pairing process. If connecting to a Smart TV app, you may need to select “pair a controller” from within the app itself to display the Bluetooth device list and allow the TV to search for the controller.
NOTE: If it takes too long to connect to the device, the controller may exit pairing mode. If this occurs, power OFF the controller and repeat step 3 above.

NOTE: The Controller automatically reconnects to the most recent Bluetooth® device that it was connected to. On the Bluetooth® device, you can select to disconnect or forget the Controller to prioritize other connections.
CONNECT USING A USB CABLE
Connect the included USB data cable to the controller and connect the other end to an available USB port on the device you want to connect to. The controller should automatically connect with the device.
Note: Connecting the USB cable disconnects wireless connections.
BASIC OPERATION

  • To Power On: Press the Home button until the Status LED illuminates
  • To Power off: Press and hold the Home button for 5secs until the Status LED turns off.
  • When the battery charge level becomes low, the Status LED will flash.

CUSTOMIZING THE STICK LEDS
