BUTTON MAPPING
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Controller Power button, auto sleep mode and battery charge
Press the home button to turn on the controller.

Pressing and holding the home button for 5 sec will turn off the controller.

When Battery voltage is low and the console Battery indicator shows “O”, the LED will flash and controller will need to be charged using the USB cable provided.
When the Controller is charging, a green LED will be visible. When fully charged, the LED will turn off. -
Sleep mode is set by the console. It can be set to 10, 30, 60 mins or always on.
Reset to factory default mode
Use a paperclip or a safety pin to reset the controller. Insert and press the
Reset Button on the rear of the controller.
Firmware update instructions
- Please visit www.gioteck.com/flrmware
- Select SC3 Wireless Pro Gamepad from the list of controllers
- Follow the on-screen instructions and click on “Download Latest Firmware”
SETUP CONTROLLER
PS4™
- While powered OFF, connect controller via USB cable to the console and pairing mode will be initiated after 2 sec.
- Press the home button to turn on the controller and to connect to the console.
- When the white colour LED illuminates, press the Button to select the user channel.
- Once connected either use wired or disconnect the USB cable for wireless play.
iOS/ Android/PC Bluetooth Setup – In this mode, the controller emulates PS4™ Mode on the PC. Please check game support before use
- While powered OFF, Press the Share+ Home button for 3 sec. The LED strip will flash and the controller is now in pairing mode. When the controller appears in the list of Bluetooth devices on [iDS/Android], select it.
- Once connected to the device the LED strip will stop flashing and will show a solid light.
PC Setup USB Wired – (Preferred Setup) X-input Plug B Play
- With the USB cable connected to the SC3, connect the other end to the PC.
- The SC3 Controller will now be recognized as an X-input controller device.
- The default LED colour strip for PC USB mode is Green.
PROGRAMMING THE CONTROLLER
Programming 51 and 52 Buttons The 5C3 has 2 buttons on the back that can be programmed
- Press and Hold Shilt button for 2sec, the LED strip will slowly flash white which indicates it’s ready to be programmed.
- While LED strip is flashing, press the desired command button [such as R1) once and then press S1 or S2 to map to the rear button. The motor will vibrate 1sec and LED strip will go back to normal. The S1 or S2 button is now programmed.
Resetting the 51 6 52 Buttons
- Press and Hold Shilt button for 5sec and the motor will vibrate for 1sec.
- All programs are now erased. The S1 and S2 default is L3 and R3.
Illuminated LED strip
The LED strip can be customised to suit your preference.
The default LED light strip setting matches that of the LED light bar and is
used to identify the player in the game on PS4™. Player 1 is blue, player 2 is
red, player 3 is green, and player 4 is pink.
To customise to your own LED lighting preference:
- Press the Shilt button to cycle through different colour settings: white, blue, green, red, purple, orange, rainbow effect fast, rainbow effect slow. Every press of the shilt button will cycle to the next colour scheme.
- Alter cycling through the colours, the last setting is OFF.
- Pressing Shilt from the OFF setting will initiate the cycling of the settings again starting with the default position.
- Once the controller is powered off the LED light strip will revert to the default setting.
CUSTOMISING THE CONTROLLER
Microphone Mute Mode
- The mute button has no function when no devices are connected to the 3.5mm Audio Jack.
- When an audio device is connected to the 3.5mm Audio Jack, pressing the button once will mute the connected microphone and the mute LED will turn red.
- Press the Mute button again to disable the Mute function. The LED will Turn OFF.
- If the Controller is in mute mode when a device is disconnected, Mute mode will be disabled, and the Mute status LED will be OFF.
Volume Control
- Press – and+ to control Headphone volume.
- NOTE: Headphones must be connected to the 3.5mm Audio Jack.
Changing Facias
The SC3 PRO Wireless Controller has customizable facias.
- Using the screwdriver provided, unfasten each of the screws that are holding the facias.
- Going counter-clockwise will undo the screws.
- Remove the facias from the controller.
- Align the new facia to the controller and fasten the screws in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When turning the screws, take care not to strip the heads. Use the included tool instead of an electric drill.
Changing Thumbsticks
The SC3 has customisable left and right thumbsticks. You can choose the length
of your thumbsticks.
- Remove the thumbsticks by pulling on it gently.
- Select the desired thumbstick and simply align with the analogue stick post.
- When a magnetic “click” is heard, the thumbstick is in position.
NOTE: if you do not hear or feel a magnetic click when replacing a stick, check for dust/debris that may have collected and clear if necessary.

warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product will be free of
defects in materials and/or workmanship for the length of time specified in
the warrant period from the date of purchase, this being one (1) year. If a
defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, Goood
Better Best at its option will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that
Good Better Best determines to be defective.
This warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged by abuse,
misuse, negligence, accident, modification, tampering or by any causes
unrelated to defective materials and/ or workmanship.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is Good Better Best
exclusive prerogative. In order to obtain warranty services under certain
circumstances (particularly when the retailer will not accept the return of
the defective product]. you may be required by GBB to return the product
directly to GBB in the United Kingdom for inspection and evaluation, along
with evidence of purchase [including the price paid and the date the item was
purchased]. for a determination of whether the warranty applies. If you have
been asked by GBB to return the product to GBB in the United Kingdom, and the
product is defective and covered under the applicable warranty period, GBB
shall provide the appropriate warranty services.
If the warranty does not apply [either due to misuse, damage, negligence etc, or because the warranty period has expired). you may be charged to return the product to you (if you instruct us to do so). Any applicable implied warranties, including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby limited to the length of time specified in the warrant periods below, beginning from the date of purchase and are subject to the condition set forth in this limited warranty.
In no event shall GBB be accountable for incidental damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranties. You may have different or additional legal rights, including longer warranty periods, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Use and handling
- Before use, check that there is plenty of space around you.
- When using the controller, grip it firmly and make sure it cannot slip out of your hand.
- If using a controller that is connected to the PS4 system with a cable, make sure that the cable will not hit a person or object. Also take care to avoid pulling out the cable from the ps4 system.
Exterior protection
Follow the instructions below to help prevent the product exterior from deteriorating or becoming ID discolored.
Do not place any rubber or vinyl materials on the product exterior for an
extended period of time.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the product. Do not use solvents or other
chemicals.
Do not wipe with a chemically-treated cleaning cloth.
Charging the controller
With the PS4 system turned on or in rest mode, connect the controller to the console using the cable.
Battery life and duration
- The battery has a limited lifespan. Battery duration will gradually decrease with repeated usage and age. Battery life also varies depending on the storage method, conditions of use and environmental factors.
- Charge in an environment where the temperature range is between 10 L-30. Charging may not be as effective when performed in other environments.
When not in use
- When the wireless controller is not used for an extended period of time, it is recommended that you fully charge it at least once a year to help maintain battery functionality.
- When disposing of the wireless controller.
- The lithium-ion battery of the wireless controller is recyclable. When disposing of the wireless controller, remove the battery and follow local regulations regarding disposing of batteries.1
Caution
- Remove the battery in a location out of the reach of small children to help prevent accidental swallowing of small parts such as the screws.
- Be careful not to hurt your nails or fingers when removing the controller casing.
- For safety reasons, attach tape or a seal on the metal part of the battery before disposing.
NOTICE
Other than when disposing of the wireless controller, never remove the screws and never remove the battery from the wireless controller.
SAFETY
- Do not handle damaged or leaking lithium-Ion batteries.
If you come into contact with material from a leaking battery, take the
following actions:
If the material gets into your eyes, do not rub, instead immediately flush
your eyes with clean water and seek medical attention.
If the material comes into contact with the skin or clothes, immediately rinse the affected area with clean water. Consult your physician if inflammation or soreness develops.
- Avoid prolonged use of this product. Take a break at about 30 minute intervals.
- Stop using this unit immediately if you begin to feel tired or if you experience discomfort or pain in your hands or arms during use. If the condition persists consult a doctor.
- This product is intended for use with your hands only, do not bring it into close contact with your head, face or the bones of any other part of the body.
- The vibration function of this product can aggravate injuries, do not use the vibration function if you have any ailment or injury to the bones, joints or muscles of your hands or arms. You can turn on or turn off the vibration function from [Settings) on the function screen.
- Permanent hearing loss may occur if the headset or headphones are used at high volume. Set the volume to a safe level. Over time, increasingly loud audio may start to sound normal but can actually be damaging to your hearing. If you experience ringing or any discomfort in your ears or muffled speech, stop listening and have your hearing checked. The louder the volume, the sooner your hearing could be affected. To protect your hearing:
Limit the amount of time you use headset or headphones at high volume.
Avoid raising the volume to block out noisy surroundings.
Lower the volume if you can’t hear people speaking near you.
- Do not stare at the light on the controller when it is blinking, if you experience discomfort or pain anywhere in or on your body from light stimulation, stop using immediately.
- Never disassemble or modify the product.
- Do not expose the product to high temperatures, high humidity or direct sunlight.
- Do not allow the product to come into contact with liquids.
- Do not put heavy objects on the product.
- Do not throw or drop the product or subject it to strong physical shock.
- Do not touch the ports or insert any foreign objects into them.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
