Product Usage Instructions
Ankle Taping:
- Start by wrapping a strip of Zinc Oxide Tape to create an anchor around the ankle. Do not wrap too tightly.
- Ensure the foot is in a neutral position, then lay a piece of tape from the anchor, down and under the foot, finishing on the anchor to create a stirrup.
- Tear 1 or 2 strips of tape approximately 5CM long and apply horizontally over the Achilles Tendon.
Wrist Taping:
- Wrap TEAR EAB 5CM around the wrist with the hand in a neutral position.
- Unwind a strip of Zinc Oxide Tape and begin wrapping it around the wrist over the TEAR EAB
- To increase support, repeat the wrapping process several times.

- How to Rip Zinc Oxide Tape?
To rip Zinc Oxide Tape, follow these steps:
1. Protect your pinkies by tearing a strip of tape vertically to form two narrow strips.
2. Tear the tape again to your desired length and wrap around your toes or wrist joint.
3. Wrap around the wrist joint and squeeze to secure it in place.
4. Check the level of support and apply more tape if necessary.
TAPING GUIDES ANKLE TAPING
ZINC OXIDE TAPE 3.8CM PURPOSE
To provide stability, support, and compression for your ankle joint.
- . Start by wrapping a strip of tape 5–7CM above the ankle to create an anchor. Be careful not to wrap too tightly.
- Ensure the foot is in a neutral position. Lay a piece of tape from the anchor, down and under the foot, finishing on the anchor to create a stirrup.
- To increase your desired level of support, repeat Step 2 several times.
- For reinforcement, start on the inside of the anchor, pass under the heel and cross back over to the inside of the ankle to form a 6.
BLISTER PREVENTION
ZINC OXIDE TAPE 3.8CM PURPOSE
Protect those hot-spots and help reduce the risk of blisters.
- Tear 1 or 2 strips of tape approx. 5CM long. Apply horizontally over the Achilles Tendon.
- Apply 3–4 strips under the forefoot, leaving a 2–4CM gap on top.
- Protect your pinkies. Tear a strip of tape vertically to form two narrow strips.
- Tear the tape again to your desired length and wrap around your toes.
WRIST TAPING
- ZINC OXIDE TAPE 3.8CM
- TEAR EAB 5CM Optional
- . For extra comfort, apply TEAR EAB 5CM around the wrist with the hand in a neutral position.
- Unwind a strip of ZINC OXIDE TAPE and begin wrapping it around the wrist over the TEAR EAB.
- Wrap around the wrist joint 3–4 times, tear the tape and squeeze to secure it in place.
- Check the level of support and apply more tape if necessary.

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

You should expect it to withstand the heat of competition. It’s sweatproof but not waterproof. We recommend you reapply every 24hrs.
OUR TOP TAPING TIPS GET THIS RIGHT
- Clean, dry and when possible shave your skin before application. Moisturiser, oils and hair are tapes kryptonite.
- Never overtighten. Check the sensation and circulation in the area after application.
- Have a play. Practice your application and don’t be afraid to adjust it to suit your needs.
- Give yourself time. Apply the tape 15–30 mins before the action starts.
REMOVAL
Please take care when removing tape. Never rip away from the skin. Keep skin
taut and peel away slowly. If necessary, use blunt edge scissors.

HOW TO RIP ZINC OXIDE TAPE
This quick tip will make applying ZINC OXIDE TAPE faster and is oh-so satisfying.
- Use the zigzag edge of your ZINC OXIDE TAPE roll to guide you.
- Pinch tightly with both hands either side of one of the zig-zags.
- Keeping one hand completely still, rip towards you with the other hand. Speed is key!
WHEN NOT TO USE ZINC OXIDE TAPE
- Never apply to broken or fragile skin.
- Never tape an area that is unstable or severely swollen.
- Don’t tape without a full, professional injury diagnosis.
