SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE
If you’re injured, get assessed by a medical professional before applying
tape.
TEST FOR IRRITATION
Our tape is latex-free and uses a skin-friendly zinc oxide glue. However, your
skin is a complex organ so we would always recommend applying a small test
patch before first use. If irritation occurs, please remove it immediately.

24hrs.
OUR TOP TAPING TIPS
GET THIS RIGHT
- Clean and dry your hands/fingers before application. Chalk and moisturizer are tapes’ kryptonite.
- Never overtighten. Check the sensation and circulation in your hands/fingers after application.
- Have a play. Practise your application and don’t be afraid to adjust it to suit your needs.
- Give yourself time. Apply the tape 15–30 minutes before the action starts.
REMOVAL
Please take care when removing the tape. Never rip away from the skin. Keep
the skin taut and peel away slowly. If necessary, use blunt-edge scissors.
