SAFETY INFORMATION

  • Please keep this User Manual for future consultation. If you sell the fixture to another user, be sure that they also receive this instruction booklet.
  • Unpack and check carefully there is no transportation damage before using the fixture.
  • Before operating, ensure that the voltage and frequency of power supply match the power requirements of the fixture.
  • It’s important to ground the yellow/green conductor to earth in order to avoid electric shock.
  • Disconnect main power before servicing and maintenance.
  • Use safety chain when fixes this fixture. Don’t handle the fixture by taking its head only, but always by taking its base.
  • Maximum ambient temperature is: 40°C Don’t operate it where the temperature is higher than this.
  • In the event of serious operating problem, stop using the fixture immediately. Never try to repair the fixture by yourself.
  • Repairs carried out by unskilled people can lead to damage or malfunction. Please contact the nearest authorized technical assistance center. Always use the same type spare parts.
  • Do not connect the device to any dimmer pack.
  • Do not touch any wire during operation and there might be a hazard of electric shock.
  • To prevent or reduce the risk of electrical shock or fire, do not expose the fixture to rain or moisture.
  • The housing must be replaced if they are visibly damaged.
  • Do not look directly at the light spot while the fixture is on.

CONNECTION

The device is equipped with the following interfaces:

  1. DMX (in/out): XLR 3(5)-pin socket
  2. Power (in/out): power CON socket

The connection is performed using cable with XLR-female -> XLR-Male plugs.

CAUTION! At the last fixture, the DMX signal has to be terminated with a terminator. Solder a 120Ω resistor between signal (-) and signal (+) into a XLR plug and plug it in the DMX output of the last fixture.

Connection

The connection is performed using power cable with power CON connector (included). The device must be operated by qualified personnel.

CAUTION! In the case of cable damage do not attempt to repair. Replacement or repair can be made only on the manufacturer or by a person with appropriate permissions

Control Panel

MENU – press UP and DOWN 1-900 seconds can be set.
UP – (UP) – increase the amount of smoke
DOWN – (DOWN) – decrease the amount of smoke
TIMER – time settings
LOCK – lock the settings, click this button, to spray smoke, you can press UP and DOWN buttons.
MANUAL – spot spraying, that is.
MANUAL control, until. the desired amount of smoke is reached.
Volume Out – Volume out – from smoke 0-100%.
Duration set – The duration set
The Interval set – The interval time set

Control Panel

Operation

  1. Open the air box, and the rear cover, and then pour water into the atomizer tank. The water should cover the atomizer (atomizer) plates, but there should be no more than above the plastic marker placed on the plate (Fig. 1). Then close the tank.
  2. Fill up the white container with the appropriate liquid.
  3. connect the power supply, the electronic display will show Warming up.
  4. About 3 to 5 minutes later, after warming up, the display will show „Welcome to ready”, you can press the „Lock” button, smoke will be emitted. At this point, you can press the up „UP” and down „DOWN” buttons to adjust the amount of smoke.
  5. To configure other parameters, enter the menu, then press the up „UP” and down „DOWN” buttons to change the numerical size, press the „Menu” button and save again. Or you can wait a few seconds for automatic saving when you return to the percentage of smoke or page.
  6. If you want to use the remote control, first set the smoke volume on the electronic screen, usually at 20% below this value will be water mist. At 30%, the smoke effect is better. After pressing the „Lock” button, stop the smoke blowing, and then press the remote control button.
  7. If you want to connect DMX control, the default channel is 001, you can also enter the Settings menu.
  8. Pay attention to the level and amount of water about 30 minutes later. The fog emission time depends on the amount of water used and the blowing parameters set. The right water level affects the fog effect.
  9. Turn off the power after use. Use the drain valve located in the bottom of the tank to empty it of residual water. Dry the damp surface.

Attention:

Emission parameter below 20%, will emit only water mist. Above 20%, will result in thick white smoke. To decrease the amount of smoke, increase the water mist emission parameter.
